Fantastic holiday and strategic location. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout, very rich breakfast and for dinner very nice dishes, refined but always attentive to tradition. Sunday aperitif offered and also various theme dinners. They are also very attentive to children, with menus dedicated to them and always drawings and pencils for dinner (small things but appreciated). Spacious and clean rooms (only lack the bidet).

More than positive experience in a hotel that offers customers a warm welcome. Every detail is taken care of, from the decor of the rooms to the rooms, with extra beds and wraparound duvets. Friendly staff and very helpful management. Guests can take advantage of bathrobes and slippers offered by the hotel. Available swimming pool and sun loungers in a large green space with flowers of all colors. Car parking and free public transport tickets.

Fantastic hotel, I spent a week with my family, my parents and my mother-in-law, the hotel is really very welcoming, attention to detail, tidy and above all very very clean. Located at the foot of Plan de Corones, it has a wellness centre, a large green park with a swimming pool which, in this very hot summer, was manna falling from the sky. The director and all his staff are always more than available in giving all the information. The rooms are very welcoming and tidy, the buffet breakfast is excellent, all fresh dishes, dinner is served at the table and the dishes are VERY good and the food is well plated. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to spend about a week in the same period last year too, and I repeated myself in the month of December spending the period of Sant'Ambrogio. If I may, I would recommend the Hotel itself to have the possibility of being able to rent bicycles, MTBs and E-Bikes inside, to always have them available. I highly recommend it. Congratulations to the hotel 👏👏👏

Beautiful structure certainly well maintained and above all clean. Strategic position to be able to dedicate not only to the Pusteria valley but also to the Aurina valley. Both beautiful and full of things to discover. Spacious room with all comforts. Excellent food, varied....but perhaps too gourmet. Another unfortunate point is the unheated swimming pool. But above all I didn't agree with some of the management's choices. The first, perhaps even correct, was that breakfast foods could not be taken away. But two small sandwiches for the girls didn't seem like a disgrace to me. The second...a little more serious...was the cost of water at the table: €4.50 for bottled water....but above all €2.50 for tap water in a jug!!!! You can't hear this!!!

We spent a couple of nights in this hotel- in a double room. The hotel and the room are very clear, comfortable, well equipped. The rooms are spacious and cozy. On our check-in day we were late because of traffic, so we called the hotel to inform them we would be late. We got the hotel, the woman who is the hotel owner showed us the room. We asked her if it’s possible to get something to eat for dinner as we paid a half pension but she answered no.
Early in the morning we went skiing as it was the main purpose of our stay there and we came back to the hotel room in the afternoon. The room was cold because the heating was on a minimum during the whole day. We had a short break and went down to dinner at 8.30 p.m. We found a closed restaurant and an unfriendly lady who told us the dinner is over. We were surprised because we very hungry as we spent the whole day skiing. We asked the hotel owner how it is possible the dinner has already been over? It was only 8.30 p.m. She answered the dinner is served only from 6.45. till 8.00 p.m. We asked her why nobody informed us about such an odd period of serving dinner. She just showed us a piece of paper exposed at the front desk where it is written when dinner is served. The lady was completely unfriendly, unprofessional, we asked her if we can get some rests of a dinner, anything to eat as we have already paid the half pension the day of our arrival. She said it is impossible. We had to go out to eat. The hotel is a real disappointment in comparison to a price we paid for, especially the hotel management and service. We paid the half pension without having the two dinners we paid for- without even getting an apology. I have travelled a lot and I come from a tourism region, I have stayed in different types of hotel but I have never seen such unprofessional relation to a guest as well as the rule the dinner is served only from 6.45 till 8.00p.m. when the hotel is full of guests and it is high season. It is a shame….

Easy to find and in a good location. It's not far to take a cable car up the mountain, and the hotel is near a bank, a newsagen'ts, a bakery and a pharmacy. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel, and near the garden at the back. The garden itself is very well cared for, as is the whole hotel. There were lots of places to sit and read/relax with sofas along the corridor, a large bar and lounge area on the ground floor as well as seating in the garden. I was also impressed that the wifi worked throughout the building and throughout the garden area. The multilingual staff were friendly and helpful, taking an interest in all the guests. For breakfast there was a good variety of sweet and savoury food available. Dinner was delicious (I especially enjoyed the soups and desserts) and the presentation of each dish was refined. Being on the main road it would probably be better to have a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden and pool, but the traffic didn't disturb me. Maybe the sound of Church bells at 7am would be a little more muted at the rear too! Overall, very happy to have stayed here.

The hotel is excellent, well managed, with very large modern rooms overlooking a nice garden, pool and mountains. It has a very comfortable parking for many cars. Quality of breakfast excellent and they served us lunch and dinners very skillfully... excellent food based in local cuisine. Staff friendly and effective. Nice job Reischach.
