I need to return to experience the comfort of such an unique hotel. The staff and in particularly Fernando made my parents and I stay superb. Highly recommended. The hotel is like entering another time, like being in a castle with the conform of our times. Best bed, great pool, breakfast is delicious and in a forest like atmosphere (in... More

This place was a wonderful surprise. It really did feel as if I had a privileged chance to stay in someone else's luxury house: the building has real character, the staff are human and friendly, and you feel at home. It's not got the most advanced facilities in the world - when this place was built, the words power and... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is beautiful and has magnificent old world charm. The rooms are very spacious and all are uniquely decorated with very high ceilings. The shower does not manage to contain the water so be sure to put a towel down to catch the water! The breakfast is good.

Just stayed three nights in Hotel del Casco as I had meetings nearby. I loved my time here - it feels like being in a "time machine" that catapults you from the hectic, noisy streets of Buenos Aires back into times before traffic and noise...this is most enjoyable during early-hours when enjoying the good breakfast (loved truly fresh juice and... Hotel is what I think was a estancia main house (estancia is a ranch); but don't be mistaken, estancias had what you would call a small manor these days. I was quite impressed by the ambiance. Personnel is quite attentive and helpful, anything you need, they will manage to get. Being an historical home, rooms are also furnished with what... More

I love this hotel. This is the second time I've stayed and the second time around was as good as the first. Excellent customer service, delicious breakfast, beautiful rooms, perfect location for exploring beautiful San Isidro. Incredibly comfortable beds, Beautiful antique building filled with character and charm. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying outside of Buenos Aires.

This hotel used to be a family summer house, from the bygone times Argentina was a rich country (believe it or not). The aesthetic is that of a neoclassical palazzo. Rooms are huge, beds are enormous and furniture are solid wood antiques. Romantic and discrete atmosphere, ideal for a romantic getaway. Located in the heart of San Isidro, almost in... More

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. This is a boutique hotel, very quiet, and very special. The furniture, the design, everything about the hotel is really outstanding. To have breakfast at the winter garden, is like traveling back in time. The food is really great and te staff is also wonderful. Specially Casper, he was really amazing. I... More

This hotel was a private residence 100 years ago, but apparently it was a big family as there are rooms everywhere. The decor and lighting differs from room to room but all have a quaint feeling and high ceilings with antique furniture (but modern plumbing and air conditioning, which although not what you would call silent, was welcome in the...
