Greeted warmly. Lovely comfortable room, all spotlessly clean. Pleasant guest lounge, very welcoming and warm. Excellent breakfast, We enjoyed Scottish smoke salmon and scrambled eggs but plenty of other options. Good coffee. Would stay again.

Kirstie was very welcoming to the 5 of us on a motorbike touring holiday.The breakfasts were very good, with a wide selection of hot choices. My adult son said the poached eggs were the best he'd had and husband loved the black pudding poached egg...More

What a Wonderful Find!!! Room was Marvellous !! Kirstie could not have been more helpful and the Breakfast was Wonderful. In fact my husband and I stayed at Ballathie House Hotel the following night and Kirsties Breakfast at The Firs was FAR SUPERIOR !!!!

Spur of the moment trip took us first to Blair Atholl and The Firs Guesthouse, hadn't seen all the great reviews on here, they're well deserved! Cosy room with ensuite facilities, residents' lounge and great conservatory serving as breakfast room, in addition there's parking. Kirstie...More
