Not many options in Minab so the government hotel is a must! The staff is not really helpful: Internet did not work for 24h and nothing changed... The rooms are simple but clean. The Windows are not closing perfectly and the road with many trafic will be heard if you do not have ear plugs...

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und die Dusche lief stark & heiß! Auch die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank war gut gefüllt, - ist aber 'kostenpflichtig'. Frühstück ist OK.
Leider spricht man hier nur wenig Englisch, aber zum einchecken hat's gereicht.

In Minab is weinig keuze maar dit hotel is heel redelijk met ruime kamers en goede bedden. Net buiten het centrum, rustig gelegen. In het centrum zijn restaurants, een goede koffieshop en ijssalons. Bij de receptie spreekt men weinig Engels, maar probeert wel je zo goed mogelijk te helpen.

Minab Tourist Hotel was beyond our expectation and we had 2 nights stay in this hotel. Very clean and quiet. People at the reception are very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for those who want to stay in Minab.

friendly people stopping me to say welcome to Minab , free taxi drive for foreign tourists sometimes Upon landing at a rather hot (30°C) Bandar Abbas we transferred immediately to the beach, where a walk across the sandflats to the edge of the Strait of Hormuz provided a fantastic array of thousands of waders, gulls, terns and other waterbirds. Close to the promenade we found Greater Flamingo, Lesser Sand Plover, Kentish Plover and Terek Sandpiper. Further out, closer to the sea, were hundreds of Slender-billed and Heuglin's Gulls, with dozens of Caspian, Greater Crested, Lesser Crested and Gull-billed Terns and ones and twos of Baltic and Great Black-headed Gull and Saunders's Tern. Waders included many Curlew Sandpiper, Little Stint, Eurasian Curlew and Eurasian Oystercatcher, while smaller numbers of Greater Sand Plover, Sanderling, Whimbrel and Ruddy Turnstone were present and a handful of Dalmatian Pelicans loafed around the margins as a nearby camel noisily disapproved of being made to bathe in the sea! The undoubted highlights, however, were Crab Plover and Great Knot, with a dozen of the former and 20 of the latter rounding off a superb first afternoon's birding.

Minab is not a big city, nor a wealthy one.
Finding good hotels in such cities is not easy. But you can trust this hotel.
It has the basic standards for a 2-star hotel. You wont have many facilitation inside. You should only go there to stay for a night and go out to view the city.

Reception were professional and friendly, my room was perfectly clean and spacious, A/C worked well and wasn't noisy. Overall this hotel is good value except for one small problem which happened when I stayed: water was not properly working and pressure was so low that it took ages to shower.
