We offer cosy rooms with A/C in mobile homes directly at the beach of Park e Zeytoon. You can be active with swimming or diving or just relax and enjoy the view and our food in our restaurant next door. Snorkeling masks are available. Washing-machine provided. Tours can be arranged to see all the highlights of the Geopark in Qeshm. WC and shower is shared. Wifi is of course free. We are a German-Iranian couple who will be happy to be your host and inform you about the special culture of Qeshm and all the natural sights.

We slept 4 nights in the cozy caravans with a place to privately relax in the middle. We will definitely recommend this place. The park, beach and restaurant have a relax atmosphere and the hosts are very kind.

I really liked to stay at Shabhaye Talai. Spent there five nights in the dorm-part with four single-beds in a trailer. Accommodation is basic but absolutely worth it. A small persian breakfast was included and more than enough for me. Location is very close to the sea and the nice little beach. If you want you can have dinner at the restaurant which is the main part of the location and which has a wonderful view to the sea. Almost every night there was typical persian Live-Music. It's a nice place to enjoy and relax in the evening. The couple who runs the restaurant is very friendly and helpful and also always ready for a small chat. They gave good and useful tips and recommendations for day-trips at the island but also all other useful stuff for staying in Qeshm and Hormuz. And they also help in organizing transportation to other places in Iran. I really enjoyed my time there and I really recommend to stay there for some days to explore the beautiful island!

Very good accomodation close to sea.Simply room with air condition and very good kitchen facilites.Really clean room and bed.Shared toilet and shower was every time clean.Near is taxi station for various trips around island or for going for breakfast to Indian eatery.In Shabhaye Talai is not including breakfast,but we go every day by cheap taxi to very good Indian eatery.Very friendly owners Annelie and Ali help to you with all questions,tickets for bus or so. There is a good restaurant with sea view too

This sleep option is not very advisable. Containers are placed behind the restaurant kitchen, which closes late at night and it is very difficult to rest with the noise. The containers are not in very good condition and the cleaning is not good.

Dear 83roma, I did ask the tripadvisor team to contact you to give me proof of your stay at our place. There is no proof like a bill or pictures of your experience at our place, thats why I assume this comment is a fraud of a competitor. As you can see with our reviews, the points you mentioned havent been a problem for other travelers at all. But pretending you did stay at our place, I do not understand the following things: 1. After you have seen our rooms, which ,according to your statement, you didnt like, why did you stay then? There are plenty of hotels and accommodation in Qeshm City. So no problem at all to choose from them. 2. Why didnt you complain directly with us? So we can make best efforts to make you happy. We could have even arranged different rooms for you, even at other places just to serve you well. If a customer doesnt say a thing, how are we to know about this or even apologize or give refund? Good communication on the spot and in real life solves problems much better than via internet with a nickname.

Place is very nice and clear for this money,that they ask. Shared kitchen is a plus, If you want to shop your own breakfest. Their restoran is very good! Snorkeling is possible,but there is nothing to see from water-only sand and some small pieces of dark corals.
Hosts seamed very nice too and we had nice conversations with them, I would have even scored this place 5, BUT that impression faded for us on the morning of check out. Evening before check-out we made clear deal with mr.Ali,that his driver will pick us at 13 and we would like to enjoy our last day on Island by sleeping late +swimming and have later check out(normal at 11). He said kindly, that we can hang around and snorkle in the morning, BUT asked to put our things to kitchen,as we did(all packed and ready to leave. At 1115 her wife did show up. Fun and nice person had dissaprered and unfortunatelly ALL of her bad mood was poured on us. She was even mad because we were still eating breakfest on courtyard and dishes were not washed(we did after, BUT there are no agreements or signs that it should be done). Agreement with her husband meant nothing! Hour later after treating us poorly ms.crappy turned by miracle with a minute back to ms.happy on the moment when new paying customers appeared. What a miracle!
Sadly we left with mixed emotsions. I truly hope it was one time thing, not a pattern.

Me and my friend stayed here for about 3 days this November and had an amazing time. We received a super warm welcome from the owners and they were super helpful with everything! Qeshm island (and Iran for that matter) is super safe and one of the most beautiful places with the best people - so forget what you've heard about this amazing country on the news ;). The island is beautiful and the owners will help you plan where to go and what to see on the island and in the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

We stayed three nights at Annelie and Ali’s, and had an incredible time. The accommodation, located near the beach, has everything you need and Annelie and Ali made sure that our time at the island was wonderful. It was so interesting to talk with them about their lives in Iran and exchange views. They also arranged for us to have a day tour on Qeshm and a day tour on Hormuz and both tours were fantastic. The nature on the islands is really amazing and the guides were so friendly and funny. We had dinner at the restaurant 3 times in a row and it was delicious. There was also live music every evening. When we left a friend of Annelie gave us a free ride to the ferry, s/o to this guy and the perfect ending of a relaxed stay.

I spent one day on the island and stayed overnight at Shabhaye Talai. Thanks to Annelie's great and kind help, it has been very easy and cheap to organise my short stay on the island. I did a one day excursion on the island and I definitely recommend to do it. The guide, Fardin, has always lived on the island and loves it; he did his best to share his passion with me during that day. Considering the time spent (a whole day), I consider the tour to be a great value for money. I slept in a 4 bed dorm, in a trailer. The trailer is obviously not very large but it is very clean and there is aircon. It is in a private courtyard of the restaurant owned by Annelie and her husband. There was a band playing that night. Annelie was also of great help to organize my further travel arrangements. I did not go to the beach even though it is right at the restaurant's steps. There is wifi. I had dinner at the restaurant. They have vegetarian options; the food was good. From Qeshm it is possible to spend a day on nearby Hormuz island.

We came just to stay for a couple days. Ended up staying for 9 days instead. Location close to the beach is very convenient when with kids, owners Ali and Annelie are great hosts and organize all sorts of tours for Qeshm island and nearby Hormuz island. They are also very helpful with getting tickets for airplanes, trains and buses or any kind of problem solving. We ate delicious Iranian food every day at their restaurant and enjoyed the live music every night. We will definitely come back for another visit.

I stayed at the beach restaurant for 3 days and was very happy with the accommodation, the stuff and the price. The hosts speak fluently English and German. They helped me and answered me a lot of questions. Moreover they organized me a brilliant day tour. I defenately recommend the stay and would always come back!
