It was just so nice to stay at there house. It was absolut fantastic and we felt so welcome there. James was a perfect host and even dinner was excellent. We would love to stay longer, but we had to carry on....

I stop over here on my business trip and always enjoy a warm welcome from Pat and James. The food is top class and the room I stay in spacious. It gets cool so beds have electric blankets and there's heaters as well. Lovely view of the valley. It is situated outside Kokstad on the Matat road. I recommended it...

The Peacehaven is truly a peaceful haven. We had a family room with a double bed and two singles and ensuite bathroom (with a great shower). Breakfast and dinner are excellent. Off the veranda (where you eat) you'll have magnificent views on the mountains. On the weekend, you may even catch a game of local farmers playing polo. And Underberg...

Although we arrived late, a delicious dinner and warm welcome awaited us. The food quality was excellent. The friendly, home-from-home atmosphere suited us well and, in late March, the garden was a treat with the last roses of summer still in abundance.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. Not often I gave seconds, but I did! Only negative for me was a carpeted bathroom.

We stayed in the cottage overnight on a trip from Pietermaritzburg to Port Elizabeth. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom clean, and food was excellent. Being able to have dinner at the house was an added bonus. Meals are served around a single dining room table, which is great for interacting with other guests and the hosts. We would definitely recommend...

We stopped over in Kokstad on our way home after a holiday in St. Francis and came across Peacehaven. After reading 85 odd positive reviews we thought this would be a great option, and we were not disappointed! I would definitely stay here again.

Pat and James were both very welcoming and friendly. Our one night's stay exceeded our expectations. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was well above average and absolutely delicious. We will definitely stay there again in transit to the Eastern Cape.
