Visited this resort as a shore excursion from our cruise. Arrived late at the resort after confussion with our shuttle pick up, which wasn't a promising start. This all changed when we arrived at the resort which was really nice. The resort is in a prime location on West Bay beach. The resort has a lovely pool. The food served...

Dear h70ones: The Paradise Family thanks you for your comment. We are very sorry for the confusion with the transport, I will pass it to the corresponding department so that they can take up the matter. We are happy that the rest of your day has been enjoyed. We hope to see you soon and stay with us. Best Regards...

The Paradise Beach Hotel is not the most expensive. It is not the most "American". It is not the one with the most amenities. But it is one of the most traditional hotels in West Bay. There is something about walking through palm trees and sand while getting to and from your room and the restaurant and the beach. This...

This was one of the most relaxing trips I have been on. Visited on a shore excursion while on a cruise. I would definitely comeback here for a longer stay. Lunch was included. The hotel picked us up at the cruise port at Mahogany Bay, we did have to walk out of the port and found a taxi which called...

This was our first time in Roatan, and it won't be our last! From the get-go the staff was incredible, Michelle & ChisAngel from the front desk are AMAZING! They took care of us, made sure we had zero issues. Wifi was not the greatest but Michelle let me use the office computer and that was that! The breakfast is...

Only certain foods and drinks are available to the all inclusive customer. I did not like to feel like a second class customer when we paid so much for our pkg. staff is wonderful no complaints there. Rooms are just ok nothing special and very small. The king size bed though was very confortable. The food we were able to...

Dear Welltravelled019: We are sorry to hear that the all inclusive is not to your liking, your agency had to have explained everything in detail. Not all included are the same in all countries. We invite you to come again and only reserve breakfast, so you can eat in any of our restaurants and even another outside our facilities. We...

My husband and I were on a 5 week Caribbean cruise and stopped at Roatan for the day. We got a local taxi who took us to this hotel on West bay, on the west coast. After much negotiation we paid $30us . The hotel was old style with white wooden hut type buildings surrounding a long winding pool. As...

Our visit to Roatan was excellent right from the get-go. The free airport transfer was on time, and even waited for us as we were delayed. The room was very clean, and well appointed with plenty of fresh water, a fridge and kitchenette. The outdoor terrace was very large and had comfortable couches and a table. The grounds were clean...

We just got back from a week at paradise beach hotel and loved it! Great value for the money and right on the beach. Not all inclusive, but a nice breakfast buffet was included daily. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days at the end of March. We had the all inclusive package which I was kind of worried about after some bad experiences in other places. But we were pleasantly surprised.
