GPS did not find the place at first. We found Vernasca, and, closer to Vernasca, it found a Vigoleno . The castle, because it is a real castle with the one street walled medieval village, is on the top of the hill, in the middle of ... countryside. Well worth the detour, or diversion from your trip.
