We stayed here for 3 nights, 2 adults, 2 children in the main hotel. Room was very nice with a balcony and service good. Reception staff and the owner very friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. Attractive views from the hotel and dining room/terrace. Would definitely stay again. The area is interesting, near a preserved railway and the 'Bambouserie'...

As a family, we have been to Les 3 Barbus many times over a period of 30 years. It has always been a place we have enjoyed eating at and on occasions staying at and would never have hesitated in recommending it as the best in the area with a breathtaking view, however our visit this summer (2015) ended with...

We went there as it is very close to the nearby Bambousseraie. The rooms have recently been renovated and are comfortable. The swimming pool is large enough for those who want to swim. In august, the dinner has to be booked in advance since the hotel is usually full.

Superb food, outstanding service. Dealt with our 5 year old very well e.g. Making up a special desert and charging next to nothing for it. Our 2nd visit, and will come back every time we are on the area.

We stayed here in late June as part of a longer trip in the area. The hotel is very comfortable; or conditioned rooms, great views, good bed linen, well equipped bathrooms. The breakfast is 10 euros but quite comprehensive (eggs, charcuterie, cheese, patisserie, yoghurt, fruit, juice, coffee/tea) and served in a beautiful dining room. The hosts are very friendly and...

We stayed here while on a Languedoc bike tour with Experience plus. The location, 2 km from Anduze, and setting is superb! The rooms are small but fashionably decorated and is definitely 3 star + ! A big surprise was their restaurant! The cuisine is elevated and the service is very good! Definitley would return and spend more time exploring...

A good hotel in a charming location, conveniently situated for roaming the surrounding region. Beautiful scenery/views, quiet. Good old fashioned swimming pool, when clean. Worth the money, if you stay away from the gourmet restaurant and opt out of their expensive breakfast. Cute Anduze is only a few minutes away with attractive sidewalk bars where you can have your croissant...

We needed a place to stay in the Cevennes, Les Trois Barbus was just right because it is located right in the middle of these mountains, close to a lot of attractions. On the plus side, I should mention the very nice hotel staff (hotel, not restaurant!) and the great view over the valley, from the balcony. The rooms (we...

This spot just off a delicately winding road outside of Anduze is a gem. The rooms look out over the gorge of the river below, and the dining room gives diners a view to behold of the Cevennes. Large bathroom with bathtub is a nice change from cramped rooms in city hotels. Pool is great for cooling off and relaxing,...
