Detailed Reviews
The facilities at this resort in my opinion can only be compared to its sister resorts as the standards are truly high. Nothing is too much effort for the staff, no matter who the staff is, from the porter to your own concierge at Deluxe suites.
We had stayed at Oceania the previous year and stayed at Dassia last Easter. I made the booking early and found ourself having to care for my niece and needed to take her on the holiday. My travel operator could not accommodate this request but contacting the hotel management direct ensured that they sorted it all out for us and made sure we had a fantastic week. The day mini cooper hire included in the holiday cost was a great bonus. The shuttle buses in to Corfu town also provides a change of scenery if required (it was hard to get the kids out of the resort as they didn't see the need to be entertained outside!).The food is fabulous and you will not be bored due to the range of selection of restaurants and buffets and the pool side offerings, again you can pre-book your selection before you travel. My daughter now compares every holiday to her IKOS holidays and its fair to stay that the others don't quite stack up! Did I mention heated outdoor pool, a must for Easter breaks. Ikos Aria is next on our list

Wow, what an amazing hotel. My partner and I stayed for 1 week at the end of May and had a fabulous time, best hotel we’ve been to! (For reference we are 22 & 23, UK)
First of all, “covid” - as soon as you arrive your bags are sanitised and you are given a lateral flow test. Knowing this made us feel comfortable and we were then able to enjoy our holiday mask free!! (Apart from the spa of course due to covid rules).
Hotel: The hotel is very luxurious and the staff couldn’t do more to help! We had food & drink delivered to our pool beds each day. The views from the room were stunning, the only downside was that we had a twin room which was also conjoined so you could hear very clearly the conversations next door.
Food: The food was lovely, me and my partner aren’t huge fans of fish so we tended to opt for the Asian restaurant most nights because... wow... what incredible food they had! Thai beef red curry is a good choice. They had 6/7 restaurants to choose from so lots of variety, we just wished they had an American one!
Drinks: Excellent choice of premium alcohol, and 300 bottles of wine to choose from! The bubbly rose was gorgeous!
Excursions: There are a number of water sports on the beach that are included in the all inclusive such as canoeing and pedalo which was great. We also tried the inflatables for an extra €20 pp which I’d recommend giving a go, very funny! Another thing you can do is boat hire (soooo worth doing, this is a highlight of our trip), we hired a 25hp speed boat for 4 hours, travelling up the north of the island seeing the different bays and swimming with the fishes! This only cost us €60 plus €18 in fuel that was used. The hotel also gives a day complimentary to go out in a car, which again is something worth doing. We drove to the monestry (had great views) and Corfu town.
Wine Tasting! Please make sure to book this! Anastasios gave us a personal session taking us through 5 different wines and providing us with some excellent knowledge. He was superb, definitely worth doing even if you don’t like wine (like my partner).
Entertainment: Due to covid they weren’t able to have their live music on which was a real shame because if they had this then it would have been the icing on the cake! However with the current climate this was completely understandable, we just had longer days by the pool and later dinners and then had a couple of drinks in the lobby bar before we went back up to the room.
Overall the hotel lived up to its 5* standards, definite luxury. We will 100% be going back to the IKOS hotels.

I will start by saying this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Wonderful service, amazing staff and gorgeous food. We ate at most of the speciality restaurants and were not disappointed. Waiter service at the pool and beach including snacks and drinks. Everything was covered! For the very end of October we were very lucky with the weather and despite some rain we also had temperatures of 26 degrees some days which was wonderful. The heated pools were fabulous and just took the edge off which was very much welcomed. My boys (13 & 8) had an amazing time in the pool and beach and we took advantage of the free pedalo and paddle board usage almost daily. There was always something on the menu for my youngest who is a tad fussy and the rest of us were overwhelmed with the quality and high standards of produce on offer.
Never a struggle for a sunbed even though The hotel was pretty much fully booked. Even after lunch there was still loads available which was such a refreshing change. Towels were rolled out onto the sun beds by friendly staff members and then your drinks orders were taken by a passing waiter- what more could you want!!!
We absolutely loved our stay here and can not wait to return. A very special thanks to Nikol who offered us an upgraded room after a few days in resort. Our first room was great but the 2nd room was breathtaking with even closer views of the sea and a separate bedroom for the boys. I cannot fault this place on customer service.
If I had one thing to suggest it would be book now it is truly amazing.

We visited the IKOS Dassia October 2018 - 2 adults 2 children (3 & 7mo) and it was perfect. The service was exceptional - they could not do enough for us. They went to our room every morning, collected our babies milk bottles, washed them and returned them. One day we got the shuttle bus into the town centre and we couldnt find it on the way back. We called the hotel and they paid for our taxi back to the hotel without a second thought.
The food and drinks were outstanding. The best all inclusive we have ever been to. Top branded alcohol and incredible food. Baby puree can be ordered on request.
The kids club is run by worldwide kids who are ofsted registered. We have stayed in a few hotels that work with this company and they are fantastic. My 3yo loved the pool and the splash park. The time of year we went there were a few wasps.
There isn't a lot of entertainment - although the entertainment they had was fantastic. It is definitely a luxury upscale family resort. It suited us perfectly but if you have very active children it may not offer enough for them.
There is a mini disco a few times a week at about 7pm.
We cannot wait to come back one day! We definitely want to try the other IKOS resorts.

Until now, seeing the phrase all-inclusive created a downmarket image in our minds, but our first visit to an Ikos resort completely won us over. Spotlessly clean buildings in a wonderful location are complemented by endlessly friendly and helpful staff and high quality dining in a range of different restaurants.
Of course, all of this costs significant money, but the facilities and level of service on offer add up to excellent value.
On a cautionary note, the number of guests was no doubt still Covid-affected and our visit took place just outside high season. We might not have enjoyed the experience quite so much if the place had been packed.
That said, our actual experience was totally positive, and to prove the point - next stop Ikos Andalusia.

We travelled to Ikos Dassia with TUI at the end of August/ start of September for a week and had a lovely time.
On arrival the security guard temperature checked us and then we were driven up to the Sky reception where our lovely concierge Jenny greeted us to check us in. Check in was quick and easy and we were offered a welcome drink of bubbles. Our room wasn’t ready for us so we got changed in the toilets and headed for some lunch and to sit by the pool. The room did take quite a while to become available so beware of that if you are on the early flight out of Gatwick.
Once we got to our room we were slightly disappointed because we had paid for a superior sea view and only had a partial sea view and we also had twin beds.
There are 2 main buildings, Sea and Sky, I would say sky building is more geared towards adults and sea is more for families.
The concierge service is great, Jenny helped us a lot with bookings and restocking our mini bar (all free) with our favourite drinks.
Restaurant food was very good, there were a few things we thought were too rich or not to our taste, especially the seafood spaghetti but overall the food was of a very high standard. Our favourite has to be the bbq at Ouzo at lunchtime!
There is plenty to do in the resort with free water sports and plenty of pools and the beach. The hotel also offers a complimentary sunset cruise which goes along the coastline to Corfu town and back, this was excellent, although I think it could be even better with some more drinks/ nibbles on board and to leave slightly earlier as by the time you get back it’s dark. The hotel entertainment is really very good, the theatre has shows in the evening and there are often live bands or a DJ. It would have been even better if dine around and the shuttle had been available.
We didn’t use the mini in the end but chose to get a taxi to mouse island and into Corfu town, this cost us around €95 which we thought was well worth it. Parking in Corfu town can be extremely tricky.
Overall the resort is immaculate, has great facilities and all the staff are very friendly, although we did sometimes find the service slow on the beach or by the pool. Beware that the adult only pool in Sky is situated right next to the kids club so if you want peace and quiet maybe use the adult only pool at sea instead!
We will definitely be going back to an Ikos at some point in the future and I’m pleased there are more coming online as it really is the best all inclusive we have stayed in.

Wow what can I say about this beautiful place?
I really did not want to come home from the moment I arrived. I have visited an abundance of hotels but I’m afraid nothing would ever beat this place. On arrival we were greeted by hotel and welcomed to the resort. The cases were taken from the coach and sent to the rooms while we were taken to the bar area to sit and sip drinks while we checked in there and then without having to queue as you normally would. I was travelling with family in their 70’s and I was the only one of us that hadn’t had my 2nd injection the rest had and shown proof of this whilst I had to have a covid test, the only problem was that I was sent the results in Greek and obviously couldn’t make head nor tail of it.
We were then advised we did NOT have to wear a mask for the rest off the holiday although all the staff did. Freedom at last :)
We booked 2 sea-view rooms and an inland view room but was upgraded to suites and all had sea views which were amazing.
For the rest of the holidays we never had to lift a finger. There were buggy’s that would take you around the resort if you needed them, we had a free sunset cruise and you could use the a-lacarte restaurants as many times as you wanted for breakfast, lunch and evening meal or you could use the buffet style restaurant. The a-lacarte ones were amazing and all the restaurants including the buffet were sea view with beautiful views of the bay and beyond.
The sun loungers were the most comfortable I have ever been on and the bed staff amazing especially Thomasinas who was so attentive with the towels he brought to us every day, he wouldn’t even let you put them on the bed yourself, he did it all for you and tucked them under the cushion, each time we moved they were made straight again and never were we restricted to just one each as you normally would. The last few days I stayed at the adults only pool and the two lady pool bar staff were so amazing bringing me water in cool bags as

First time at Ikos Dassia after 2 holidays to Olivia. Feel very lucky indeed to be here. Dassia is a much bigger resort and at first we did miss Olivia’s more intimate feel but Dassia has a beautiful location, with amazing views across the sea to the mountains of Albania and the Greek mainland. The blue flag beach is much prettier - fine sand, clear water and plenty of fish for snorkelling. We were converted.
We stayed in a Deluxe One Bedroom suite, badged as garden view but we were on the 2nd floor so could see the sea. Perfect for a family of 4.
As always with Ikos, fantastic food and incredible service from the amazing staff. Always cheerful and always keen to help. The Ikos team really do make the difference.
Highly recommend both the water sports and also the sea world diving centre.
Both children went water skiing - thanks to the brilliant instructor who had our 8yo up and skiing in no time. Parasailing was great fun too and good to see so much focus on safety.
Introduced the children to SCUBA at the Sea World Diving centre, located on the beach by the Sea Hotel building. Can’t recommend highly enough. Beautiful shore dive not far from the hotel - both children had 1on1 instructors, 8yo allowed to go around 1m, 11yo down to around 4m with us, always accompanied by instructor. Started from the beach and a very gradual descent. Huge focus on safety of course and the perfect introduction to diving. Large shoals of fish, corals, sponges and star fish. Really great dive and much more to see than many other places in the Med.
Highly recommend Ikos Dassia.

Ikos Dassia is the best all inclusive I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. There is usually always something that irks me, but not here. From the moment we arrived on our 10 day holiday in July to the moment we left, we just had a wonderful time.
We (My husband and 17 year old) stayed in a sea view deluxe suite, it was spacious with large terrace, sun beds, dining area. Perfect for the 3 of us. The fridge is stocked with wine, sodas & spirits at no extra charge.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, smells beautiful, and interiors are stylish & immaculate.
There are two buildings, plenty of pools and plenty of restaurants to choose from, all restaurants are positioned looking out towards the sea which I loved. Our favourites were “Provence” “Anaya” & “Ergon Deli” for dinner & barbecue at “Ouzo” for lunch. The food is great, tasty & varied. They serve bottles of wine rather than having to keep asking for a glass. We never went to the buffet “Flavours” as food was so good in the a la carte restaurants. The lady who greeted us on arrival organised all our dinner reservations so we had no stress even booking restaurants. Amazing. There is a bar with breathtaking views in Sea building, such a lovely spot in which to unwind.
The service is outstanding. Staff always attentive asking if you would like a drink. I’ve never received such a great service in an all inclusive resort. It was 87% occupancy when we arrived and nearly full when we left so it’s not that it’s quiet due to Covid just that Ikos have fabulous staff. They all work extremely hard but Spiridoula,& Paulo serving at pool & beach & Chris in Anaya are just few of those that made our holiday so enjoyable.
The beach is a few steps from the pools and the sea is lovely & warm. There was never a problem getting a bed by either pool or beach and we never got down until 10:30 at the earliest mostly enjoying a room service breakfast. Fabulous. They even carry your towels to sun beds & automatically bring you water. There were lilos & other inflatables you could borrow at main pool.
This was exactly the holiday we needed after a stressful 18 months. If you want to relax in beautiful surroundings, experience wonderful service and eat great food I would recommend Ikos Dassia. ( There are no drunks or rowdy groups).
We really enjoyed the free sunset cruise, another lovely touch & be sure to visit Corfu town a 25 minute cab ride away, it’s a beautiful place.
I will definitely return to an Ikos resort when we next go on all inclusive holiday. It lived up to all my expectations.

Right in the centre opposite the shops.
Hi
You should email the resort ahead of time and send you’re request, they are very accommodating and will ensure you have everything in place prior to you’re arrival, you should also book the restaurants you want for each night prior to arrival, again they are more than happy to help
Reservations have an email attached to you’re booking
Hope this helps
Wow I’m shocked at this ! We had no issues while there . What is the hotel management saying about this ?
