Nestled by the sea, Ikos Dassia garners widespread acclaim for its breathtaking location and comprehensive amenities that cater to both relaxation and family fun. While opinions on room quality vary, with some guests finding certain rooms less impressive, the spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel is consistently celebrated. The staff's exceptional service contributes to the serene and stylish atmosphere, often highlighted by reviewers. Although it may come with a higher price tag, many guests believe the value is evident in the inclusive offerings and meticulous attention to detail.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The service is exceptional. We have just re-booked. The restaurants are all lovely and outside the hotel there is a supermarket and a few other places if you want to stretch you legs. The beach is perfect for children as nice and shallow at the start. I would give this hotel 20 out of 10 if that was mathematically possible. :)

I stayed at Ikos Dassia 18-23 June. On my last day, I slipped on water in the foyer due to a leak from the ceiling. I ended up with a dislocated and broken wrist and spent time in hospital having a metal plate inserted into my wrist. I have written to the Chief Executive of Ikos Resorts and also so the General Manager at Ikos Dassia. To date, I have received no response to my correspondence. I would have expected more from a five star resort. Luckily my holiday insurance covered everything but I have to say that the only thing Ikos seemed bothered about was "who would pay for the extra accommodation my friend and I required". The staff themselves were very kind but they are obviously told to make sure all extra costs will be covered. Not a good thing to have to deal with when you are on the floor in pain. An apology would have been nice.

Beautiful hotel. Fabulous views. Lovely grounds. Delicious meals. I went on holiday with my mum just before school holidays so we thought-no children’ but we knew this was a family-friendly hotel. It rained all the time we were there and because of this everyone was inside the hotel sitting around and the you g children, of which there were many were left to run around and scream all day and especially late into the night. There was no time away from these children. The parents didn’t take the children to the vast children’s pools but instead many nappies babies were in their parents arms in the adult jacuzzi. Do no adult space there either. Totally disappointing and it would have been much better if the management had enforced the rules as per the signs ( adults only areas). I won’t go again but great for families who can let their kids run riot

My Wife and I visited the Ikos Dassia in September 2023, booking through Tui as a package holiday. After visiting this hotel, we would consider this the absolute benchmark for all-inclusive holidays. We were lucky enough to be able to book a panoramic suite, with one of the best sea views we've ever had the pleasure of seeing. The room had a very high quality minibar that was restocked everyday (all included) with branded drinks and spirits. The service was outstanding! You really could not want for anything - paradise! Whether we were on the beach, by the pool, in our room or in the lobby, we had full access to service, food and drink - all day and all night. In particular, Aphrodite, Dimitris and Elina from the main restaurant were incredible! Elina welcomed us in every day for our meals; Dimitris had the biggest and warmest smile that you could ever imagine; and Aphrodite was simply amazing. We felt so welcome and looked after. One thing that caught our eye was the team work amongst everybody working in hotel, but in particular, the restaurant. The main restaurant team should be very proud of themselves. Regardless of rank, position or role, everybody worked together to make the experience for the guests their absolute priority; we've been to a lot of 5-star hotels, but this was something that we had never experienced before. All of the restaurants and facilities that we tried were great. On the first day, there was a beach party with live music (lots of fun), as well as music in the lobby and a purpose built theatre. The only (tiny) criticism was the 'Disco Night'. It had all of the ingredients for a great evening, but unfortunately the music was just a bit too modern and stiff for two 30-something millennials! It needed to be a little cheesier and older for our (and the audiences) tastes. All of the other shows were great. We have every intention of coming back, as well as now visiting other Ikos hotels.

Another lovely holiday at the Ikos Resorts this time at Ikos Dassia. I had the pleasure of visiting Ikos Dassia with my family at the end of October 2022 during the last week (half term holidays). When we arrived on Sunday, there were a lot of families with children staying at the Resort, which was not an issue, as there were plenty of places for adults only, but by Tuesday, many of them had departed and as it was the final days of the holiday season, it was getting progressively quieter at the Resort. Once again the food, beach, service were great despite the fact that this was the very last week of the holiday season. The service from all of the staff and the food were all provided and prepared with the same level of care and attention to detail, as if the staff were in their initial weeks of the holiday season. The warm welcome, smiles and genuine desire to make your stay as pleasurable as possible was consistent with the other Ikos Resort that we had stayed at in Halkadiki, Greece, Ikos Olivia. We were greeted by Jana at Reception in the Sky Building and would like to thank her for a warm welcome to the Hotel. As we sat there looking out to the rear of the Hotel, we were struck by the pictuesque view of the sea and the cloudless blue sky framed by the doors providing an exit to the rear of the Hotel. Thank you to Ionnas for taking care of us and getting us and our baggage situated in our rooms. After a very early departure from the Uk, we dined at the Ergon Restaurant and were greeted by Agapi, Arsenis and Ilias who all welcomed us to Corfu. We had lovely food, fresh hummous, bread and other delights from the Restaurant. As is usual with the Ikos Hotels, the common parts of the hotel including pool areas are always spotlessly clean. We would also like to thank both Margela and Dhurata, of house keeping, for always ensuring that our rooms were spotlessly clean and Natasha, our evening house keeper for ensuring that our rooms were always well stocked overnight. One of the most wonderful things about having time at an Ikos Resort when taking a well deserved break away from work, is only having to decide what to eat and where and also whether to sun bath by the pool or the sea. Special thanks to Thanasis for ensuring we had what we needed at the Pool. Thank you also to Abubakar and Michael for ensuring that we always had towels at the pool and at the beach. Thanks to Adina and Maria at the Adults Pool Bar for ensuring that we had a constant supply of alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments. Thank you to Andreas, the Manager of Ouzo for providing such wonderful food, especially sea food at lunchtime, as well as the evening meals and wine recommendations. Thank you to Vasilis, Manager and Vasilis, non-manager 😃 for ensuring that we had everything we needed at Breakfast time and to both of you for having such a welcoming and happy disposition first thing in the morning and their interesting conversation. Thanks also to Thalia from Kerkyra Restaurant, Flori and Vasilis from Anaya Restaurant for their wonderful food and service. Towards the end of our time at Dassia, I noticed a familiar but unexpected face in Thomas, the Executive Chef from Ikos Olivia, who reminisced with us about the wonderful and amazing time we had at Ikos Olivia and indicated that he would now be working at Dassia. One of the most amazing things about the staff at the Ikos Resort that we have stayed at is that they have a very cosmopolitan staff, all doing very different things with very different interests and the opportunity to move around and work at different resorts within the Ikos family. During our stay on the Friday, there was a public holiday (Ohi Day) and we took at trip into Corfu Town to see the procession of the military services and see the local people, who when we spoke to them were keen to share their obvious sense of national pride. The highly polished brass bands and uniforms were a delight to see and the live parade music on a gloriously sunny day complimented the atmosphere. We were staying in the Sea Building and on our trip using the dedicated hotel shuttle bus into Corfu Town, we had the pleasure of meeting and talking to other guests staying within the Sky Building who mentioned they had been parasailing and highly recommended it. On our last full day, Saturday, we decided to give parasailing a try, as we had never done it before. Special thanks to Saki, Peter, George & Demitri from the Water Sports at Ikos for making our parasailing such a wonderful experience. How peaceful and tranquil! Thank you all for being so professional and ensuring safety was paramount when assisting with our experience. What a wonderful holiday, we were told that in October 2021, it had rained for all of the month of October, however, the sun gods had blessed us as we had wall to wall sunshine for the whole week, although with cloudless skies the evenings could be a little cool, but there were options to dine inside or outside depending on your preference. There were also many things to fill your days with from bike rides to evening entertainment, so you are never short of ways to fill your time and relax at the Ikos Resorts and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were recommended Ikos by friends and it was just super. We chose Dassia as in October the weather in Corfu is warmer than Halkidiki and we love a little sun before winter sets in at home. We love Greece. Corfu Town is lovely and the free shuttle only takes about 20 minutes so easy to get to to shop and eat. It did not disappoint. We had 7 nights in a promo room with an excellent view and it was brilliant value. This was a sort of added extra holiday booked quite late but the room was was lovely with a stunning view. We stayed in the Sky building which we preferred as it was quieter. The balcony was large and sunny. The food - brilliant in all the a la cartes except the Grill. The steak was less than great. The other restaurants were excellent. We used the buffet once to try it and it was really good in terms of food and choice and quality but noisy and not really for us. With so much choice it is easy to eat elsewhere. Everywhere was well kept. The beach pristine. The local tavernas at the end of the beach were quite traditional and made a nice change of view point and atmosphere if you wanted to get out of the beautiful immaculate grounds. We did not use the entertainment in the theatre but in the evening there was live music in the bars and the staff were entertaining in themselves. The beach side staff were amazing and the service throughout was great. We did not pay for Deluxe or even a suite and we did not need either. There were enough adult only areas for us to enjoy and it was out of school holidays so not too many children. As an all inclusive holiday in Greece I don't think you could do better. We have booked for early October again in a similar room and it is excellent value for money. Tips - book your 3 restaurants in advance and book your car hire and eat out in advance if you can. The sunset cruise was booked up so will book that in advance as well this time. I am not sure it is worth the deluxe extra money and I would sooner spend that somewhere else but if it is for a special occasion then perhaps it would be worth it. We prefer to do our main holidays further afield and so we prefer to use the money for that.

This was our second stay at Ikos Dassia and we've now booked to go again next year! The hotel is just beautiful and situated right on the beach. Food was sublime every evening and the staff were all professional and friendly at all times. From the moment we arrive we are made to feel welcome and immediately at home, on our visit this year, because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary we were offered an upgrade to a room with a garden which was just lovely. We ate in a different restaurant every night and all were excellent, lovely food, great wines and wonderful staff. I cannot recommend this hotel and the staff highly enough, everyone is genuinely happy to be there and they seem to all love their jobs - it shows in the way they look after you. We're so looking forward to returning in Sept 2024, I can't think of going anywhere else! I never thought I'd want to return to the same place three times but Ikos Dassia has proved me wrong. See you soon everyone!

Thank you for a lovely stay at the resort it was a fantastic family holiday and we appreciate the time and work you and the staff go to in providing this experience. Denisa Luca and Anastasia were excellent and I’d like to extend that thanks to them directly. On the whole it was amazing we had an absolutely fantastic 2 bedroom villa. The beach, the resort, the food and drinks were all on par with London standards. Just a few points to note were on the service side that at time it was a touch stretched in some restaurants; the cracks in some tables eg the steakhouse had food in them and the white dress code is lovely, but nearly all of the staff had filthy shoes. Nothing major just small details I think would be nice to be addressed into next season. We certainly will be back.

This was our 2nd visit to Dassia and our 9th IKOS holiday. We love Dassia so much that this time we treated our children and their partners so it was a truly memorable stay. We were greeted by Anastasia Sukretna who looked after us so well last year and she was such a pleasure to be around and treated us so so well. We also need to mention Anastasios and Iro from the wine bar. They both are an absolute credit to the IKOS brand, they go above and beyond every time we see them and both deserve a massive THANK YOU from our family. The wine tasting experience was a delight and the supply of wine at dinner was always on point. Thank you both so much - and we hope you are having a well deserved rest as we will be back in May 2024 to see you again. All of the food in the restaurants was excellent and what makes this hotel is the staff. All the attentive staff at the pool, the beach, the restaurants make this place special. Also a mention to Jo and her partner who we met in Aria and we believe is moving onto new adventures we wish you both well. We cannot wait to return next year - we have already booked for two visits in 2024 we love it so much. Thank you again for a super holiday experience.
