We booked lapland magical christmas for our children for christmas. It was organised by Thompson. The good points were: 1) The visits to father christmas was utterly magical 2) The reindeer rides were short but wonderful 3) The huskies were wonderful again short, but fabulous fun 4) The trips out were really well organised, a little shouty for our tastes...

Me and my partner have just returned from a week stay at the Saaga Apartments in Yllas and had a great time. The apartments are a short walk opposite the main hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. It was lovely to have our own sauna and drying cupboard for our skiing equipment. We couldn't fault our room. We...

Stayed here Christmas 2016, booked half board option with Thompson. 2 adults & 6 year old. Location: fantastic. At the bottom of the ski slopes, supermarket (small & v expensive!! Be warned!!) next door. A few bars, restaurants, gift shops & ski hire within walking distance. Lovely view overlooking the resort, excellent. we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early December. It was very clean. With spacious rooms and plenty of storage to fit our snowsuits. including a drying cupboard in the bathroom. There wasn't a kettle in our room I found out on the last day from another guest that these were available at reception free of charge but...

Absolutely loved our stay here, would still be there now if I could! Booked a great deal through Inghams (what a bargain!!) and had a wonderful time. The hotel is right next to the ski slopes which is very convenient. Our room was large, comfortable, clean and faced the slope with an incredible view, I really couldn't have asked for...

I could write this review outlining the positives of cleanliness, ski in ski out, excellent buffet etc etc but I am not...... Unfortunately, my husband required immediate paramedic help. The receptionist on duty at midnight obtained the emergency services for us. The paramedics arrived within the hour. The total kindness and professionalism given was exceptional. It resulted in him being...

Wonderful ski in / ski out hotel that is only 2 mins walk to the gondola. We've just returned from a week here (in January 2017) and loved every minute. Very helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make your stay special. Thank you. We stayed in a two bed apartment (as opposed to a hotel room) that...

We stayed at the Saaga on a Santa excursion and found our room, with bunk beds for the children, a small kitchenette and living space and a 2nd bedroom for the parents to be very clean and comfortable. It is worth asking for a room with sauna if you're traveling in the winter months as we really enjoyed warming up...

We've loved all 3, each for different reasons. WW included in the price you got to go to Santa Park - Shopping & activities on your door step. SW scenery breathtaking, Thomson make...
