Check in was rude. Room was in desperate need of renovation. As soon as you opened the door the smell of chlorine was overpowering. Hairs found in the bed. What appeared to be blood on the bathroom wall, and the back of the bathroom door was covered in stains and god knows what. The sheets were full of what felt like sand, i already have 7 bed bug bites and counting. When i attempted to contact reception, no one answered! Avoid at all costs!

Accommodation is basic but it does the job. It was close by to an event I was attending which is why I booked it. The bed was fine. No issues. Decent sized studio room. I booked a double room which was meant to have 1 x Queen bed, but I was given a room with a Queen bed and a single bed. Bathroom was a good size. Shower pressure was fine. Lighting was good. However, no bathmat was supplied which was not good when you get out of the shower and water drips everywhere. It is not a luxury accommodation, but it is clean. Next door to a 7/11 which is handy. Staff were friendly. My only concern was the lack of parking when I came back late at night. I was assured that the accom came with a car spot, but there were no spaces. The only space was a very small / tight spot next to the tree. My medium size car really didn't fit, but I had no alternative but to try and squeeze myself in as best as I could. I suggest each space has the room number written in it so everyone has a designated spot.

My daughter, myself and 3 grandchildren, booked in advance for a room for 5, the children are aged 12, 10 and 3,we got there and were given a room with 2 double beds and told thats all they had left,I slept with 1 granddaughter, my daughter slept with 2 We booked in for 4 nights, The balcony door didn't lock, In 1 review they said someone had climbed balcony and broke in, the bathroom had mold in shower behind door on bottom along floor, the vent was the bathroom window and no screen, there was mold in the vent that was in the bathroom ,the light near the bed was not working, the fridge had iced over and there was mold behind that to, chewy gum behind frame of bed on floor. My youngest granddaughter broke out in hives from sitting on their carpet which had paint on the floor, as well as mold also on door near entrance., this resulted in 3 hospital visits, and medication to relieve it. Now if anyone wants to know if it was a good holiday ...The answers no ,they need to sack their cleaner, shes not doing her job,and you shouldn't take a booking for 5 if you dont have a room for 5 The photos I took of the place are being sent to a health inspector, also I dont think sharing a communal toaster and microwave is ideal either. My daughter showed the woman on the desk my granddaughter, on the way out I hope I never see that place again

The bed was comfy and staff were friendly, I guess you get what you pay for. Liked: The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. Disliked:  Bathroom was dirty, hairs in the sink the toilet paper hadn't replenished from the previous guests the balcony was tiny and guests above were very noisy to the point it sounded like they were running and jumping around.

We booked this place based on price and photos. We were disappointed to find out that this place was in the middle of renovations when we arrived. However, our room was beautiful, clean and fresh, new carpet, fresh paint and comfy beds. It's hard to find rooms to fit the 5 of us at a reasonable price, this room was spacious with a little fridge. We don't need bells and whistles. Staff were friendly the secure parking was close to the room.

The worst hotel i ever been. Old furniture stink, room very dirty including doors. On the balcony it was water after raining. Not worth it a cents. Highly not recommended! This place is overpriced for that poor quality. Bathroom... terrible !The only receptionist was nice.

Clean, central location, great staff and a recommended place for all to try. This property is great as it has spa suites that are very well priced and the premises is located in a central area close to the city and airport!

I stayed here for 3 nights in February. I booked a spa room. Check in is 1pm. I arrived just prior and was checked in by the friendly manager very quickly. The free parking is secure with electric gates that you need a code for. My room #108 was on the ground (elevated) floor at the rear of the hotel Room was spacious and clean. Tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits !!! Safe, iron/ironing board, hairdryer and toiletries that were replenished during my stay Air con worked well as it was very hot. Small balcony which was nice to be able to open up to let natural air in. Bed was comfortable I have read reviews about the noise but I didn’t experience that as I was at the back of the motel so not on the main road Breakfast is $8 which was good value 5 different small packs of cereal fresh milk and fruit, white/brown/grain bread as well as bread rolls. Hard boiled eggs and a variety of condiments. Also tea/coffee/juice/hot choc/Nesquick. Couldn’t complain about that for the price. You just pay at the front counter and help yourself Nice atrium breakfast/lounge area to sit in. Public transport on doorstep. There’s a 7/11 next door if you want snacks etc There is also a microwave in the breakfast area that is available 24/7 if you had a frozen meal you wanted to heat up Also washer/dryer available to use. Not sure if there is a cost attached to that but handy to have if you were staying for any length of time. Only weird thing is the shower doesn’t have a door...just 2 small glass panels so it is impossible to not flood the bathroom even though I angled the shower head away from the opening. A mess for poor housekeeping to clean up as the bath mat gets soaked Other than that I found it to be a very pleasant stay and will use this as my preferred hotel next time I’m in town
