The Athinoula Hotel is in an ideal position about ten minutes walk from the beach and five minutes from the main road running through Kefalos. There are plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants and all are reasonably priced. I have been visiting Greece for almost 40 years, had many wonderful holidays and met some great people. This one was no...

We stayed here as a family of 11 with five apartments. We had a mix of self catering and b&b. The place is very clean, five mins walk to the beach and the rooms basic but functional. The b&b had just bed n bathroom, the self catering had a fridge, two ring stove and some pots n pans. A small...

Visited this hotel three times previously with family but coming back I realised that things had either changed or weren't as I remembered. Had a lovely holiday, and was fine as a place to sleep. Pros: Good distance to beach, good price, rooms cleaned every day (except Sunday), great view on poolview rooms. Pool is a great size and quite...

An excellent family run hotel in a quiet area with all the facilities needed. The number of people we met return there two or three times a year speaks volumes for the place. Lovely pool and pool bar serving very good food reasonably priced all day. There is a supermarket close by and the beach is only a five minute...

We have stayed in Athinoula for a number of years back and forward and although not 5 star for what you pay it really is 1st class. The rooms are basic and consist of twin or double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, dressing table with...

This hotel was so awful that after only two nights we had to move out and paid to stay in a proper hotel. When we arrived late at night they told us our booking had been cancelled! Our room was so small it was claustrophobic, the bathroom was tiny and a health & safety nightmare. When you had a shower...
