Bay Gardens has an excellent location, great beach, fantastically friendly staff who truly go out of their way for you. This resort could be a 5 star if they put a little more into the maintenance of the rooms. also the food was very pricey for the quality. unless they change the chef, they should lower the price.

This was our first visit to St Lucia and we stayed at Bay Gardens for 10 nights. Hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. We went for the B&B option and there was a good choice at breakfast every morning. Hotel is well located, within walking distance of beautiful beach, shops and a wide...

I was one of a party of 19 solo travellers on a bed and breakfast deal. The bed was comfortable and the breakfasts superb, every day. The only quibbles with my room were the air-conditioning which, even set at 25C, filled the room with freezing air, and there was a shower but no bath. Hot water was unreliable. From my...

I really enjoyed my stay here. It wasn't without problems but the staff genuinely cared and did their best to help and in most cases succeeded. Very good breakfasts with quite often some unusual choices! My only comment would be the hotel needs more shade/umbrellas around the pool - having said that you can use the beach at the sister...

This is a budget hotel but it is clean and a well maintained property. They have full-service staff helping with tours and the breakfast is substantial with plenty of options. Their sister hotel is beach-side and is about a 15-20 minute walk away... BUT there is a free shuttle. Once at the sister hotel, guests have full access to the...

We stayed for a week in a ground floor junior suite with patio facing the "hidden pool", with the B&B option. It was very pleasant, location is excellent, and it's a good value. Breakfast buffet was ample with varying hot & cold choices. Staff were helpful & accommodating. Room was comfy & clean with sufficient drawer & closet space. A...
