Lalibela is an excellent Game reserve, the hospitality was just amazing, the food more than excellent. We had a very perfect ranger who showed us as much animals as possible. The Lalibela game reserve is located in a small private reserve but big enough to see the different landscape of South Africa. The accomodation was very clean, calm situated, connected...

We had a truly wonderful stay at Lalibela. From arriving at the gate to leaving again the staff could not do enough! Our guide was wonderful and we saw a lot of game, including lion (several times) and several other members of the big 5. Accommodation is excellent and the food great too.

I was looking for a safari experience not too far from Port Elizabeth in order to avoid the long trip to the Kruger from Cape Town. Lalibela caters specifically for families which was another key reason to book this particular lodge. The accommodation in Marks Camp was beautiful - very 'authentic' and we were well looked after by the friendly...

We visited Tree Tops camp for 2 nights. What a great experience. Beautiful camp, great food and super staff. Highly recommended for a weekend away. Thank you for making it a special weekend away. Beautiful game and huge elephants. Lions was a highlight. Expect to see elephant in camp, and perhaps some lion as well.

We stayed in the Treetops camp and cannot imagine a better place. Set in its own secluded valley it is the perfect blend of the luxurious and the wild... the game rangers were friendly and very well-informed... the staff in the camp were relaxed and attentive... the food plentiful and delicious... the rooms were well large and provided every amenity....

The accommodation is not fenced off from the wildlife, and there are not many rooms, so it is a great get away from it all. The neighbours don't feel particularly close. You might have an elephant visit you at the swimming pool. I was hoping for that but no more than birds arrived. Lovely game drives with hot drinks and...

Our visit to Mark's Camp at Lalibela exceeded all our expectations - so much so that we extended our stay while we were there. Food, service, accommodation all perfect, staff friendly and helpful, game drives and birdwatching wonderful with an excellent ranger. The location of Mark's camp, set in a valley above a small lake, is beautiful, with lots of...

You want to be in the Wild, luxury, peace and quiet.....and meet new friends at the same time? Go Lalibela... We loved every minute of it. Game drives were in open trucks, so we caught some sun! Saw 4 of big 5!
