loved everything' about the hotel, but the weird neon lights stuck out to me too- really offset the majestic feel of the place- we're not in las Vegas!!

Because in a hotel of that standard you expect it to be there! Reception staff weren't the most approachable of people. Also you now know this but more coffee is not in the rooms!!
