Very disappointed the room was like a shoe box My stay at the Breakfree in Coburg was very disappointing. The room was tiny and the bed wedged up against a filthy window frame and the window would not close. The room stank of cigarettes from the people who were smoking below. The air conditioning was old and falling apart.

The hotel is far from the centre of Melbourne and not great for a tourist in Melbourne. The train station is not far but it does take time out of your day. The restaurant closes minutes before 21h30 so if you are going to be late make sure you eat before you leave. There is not much in the area....

The room was not as expected the staff were unapologetic when they made catastrophic mistakes and never seemed to know anything when I asked questions. As a hot time of year the fab supplied was not effective at all and I hardly got any sleep.

Meant to be in Mantra - no room so in Breakfree. Room was large, clean but basic. Champagne and complimentary breakfast given as compensation. Needed to ask for a kettle and hairdryer as not in room. Building could do with an update. Good food at DJ's and breakfast.

Rooms are not clean, I was told they clean the room once a week, that didn't happen with me. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks and no one cleaned the room or changed bed sheets. Overall I think it's only good option if you staying for a week or so.

The staff are very pleasant &willing to assist when they can & my room view was amazing, however the buffet breakfast was quite ordinary with very poor variety, the shower head was faulty & not fixed while I was there.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. On the 3rd April we are re launching our Breakfast offering with a stack of new options, which we are extremely excited for! Sorry about the shower head, though as an FYI if you let our front desk staff know we do have maintenance on hand who can...

The hotel is in a good location with plenty of eating establishments & services near by, DJ's is a simple but adequate menu & quality. Breakfast was good value for money. The rooms were clean but basic however great value for the price.
