At Wiggley Bottom Farm we are a luxurious pet-friendly retreat set on 15 acres of lush countryside with 2 types of self-contained accommodation for couples, friends or family - 'The Apartment' and 'The Cottage' (and if you're after additional accommodation for up to 2 people, speak to Gillie about renting the fabulous Tiny House). Both of our accommodation types are fully self-contained and better still, we're pet friendly so you can bring your dog for a holiday too. Beautifully appointed, our farm is nestled at the end of a tree-lined driveway, and is the perfect getaway for you and your pets, offering privacy, luxury and all so close to the unique attractions of Healesville and the Yarra Valley, with wineries and cellar doors within walking distance or just a short drive away. You can enjoy a pet-friendly wine tour during your stay so no-one is left pining at home (Pooches & Pinot are a fabulous local tour company who will pick you up free of charge from your accommodation) and in the evening, dine in or out at one of the many nearby restaurants. Call us today to check availability.

The accomodation at Wiggley Bottom Farm was terrific for our needs, beautifully appointed and spotless. We stayed at the Apartment. On arrival there was a welcome basket of goodies for our dogs. The apartment had stunning views from its own verandah to the Ranges. We sat there with a glass of wine and watched the sun set and the stunning night sky take its place. The garden area was great for our dogs, it is very secure and they got to meet lots of horses and goats through a fence. Nothing was too much trouble for our host, Gillie who had placed lots of thoughtful little touches throughout including recommendations for where to go for other great experiences. The king bed is one of the most comfortable we have slept in. We will definitely go back.

What a wonderful place to stay in the Yarra Valley. This was our 3rd or 4th stay at Wiggley Bottom Farm and it’s been such a joy to visit with the kids yet again.

The property is set amongst beautiful surroundings only a five minute drive from the main Healesville strip. Gillie has tastefully decorated and equipped it with everything you need and thought of all the little things you haven’t.

Let’s not forget the star attractions - Ziggy Stardust, Polly Waffle and Teddy B. Bear, Gillie’s three amazing dogs who make the stay even more enjoyable. This is top choice accomodation if you love dogs - and you can bring your own pooch also and let them play in the fully fenced areas.

Thanks again Gillie and pups. As I sit here with my local wine and cheese on the verandah enjoying the expansive views, I’m already planning our next visit.

We ❤️ it here.

Wiggley Bottom Farm is absolutely gorgeous. We went away for our 3 year anniversary and had the best weekend. The cottage was absolutely gorgeous and in such a great spot. The hosts have really gone above and beyond to bring a luxury experience to the Yarra Valley.

We wanted to stay in the Yarra Valley with our dog and found Wiggly Bottom Farm from a Google search. It turned out to be the best dog friendly place we have ever stayed!

Our accomodation (The Cottage) was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had the option of having our dog inside with us on the provided dog bed, or outside in an enclosed area with a kennel. There was even another enclosed area for our pup to run around in, dog towels, toys, treats and poop bags!

We arrived on a chilly Friday evening and Gillie had lit the fire for us too which was a lovely touch. The place was super cosy and felt like a home away from home.

We can’t wait to stay at Wiggly Bottom again!

We booked the apartment and cottage for 2 families. Both units were done up beautifully and our stay across the 4 nights were extremely comfortable. The kids had a great time feeding the animals every morning and Gillie’s 3 dogs were just so welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to form great memories of our first holiday post covid.

My partner, 10-month-old bordoodle Molly and I had a mid-week stay at Wiggly Bottom Farm, staying in the cottage. Wiggly Bottom is great accommodation located within beautiful gardens, scenery and only a few minutes’ drive to Healesville. Molly was very intrigued with watching the farm animals, especially the goats.
This coupled with the Pooches and Pinot tour was a fun and relaxing getaway. Gillie was a gracious host ensuring we were comfortable on arrival, providing information for our stay and doggie treats for our fur baby.
Great accommodation which we look forward returning to.
Highly recommended.

We just had 3 nights stay at the Cottage, which was clean and comfy. It's in a fantastic location with great views all around and only minutes into Healesville. The small fenced area next to the cottage was handy and the larger enclosed area opposite was great for our dog to have a run around. She loved staring at the mini goats! Although the cottage was closer to the main house than I had realised, it was still very private. The only thing that could have improved our stay would be if the cottage had a bath, but that's just personal preference. The Pooches and Pinot full day your was amazing!

Beautifully kept farm with luxurious accommodation. We stayed in the Cottage which stands alone away from the main house. Everything provided and the standard is very high. The farm animals are close by and guests have the freedom to walk around and enjoy all the farm has to offer. The farm is also dog friendly which for dog lovers is a real bonus. Located very close to the township of Healesville with great cafes and within easy driving distance from some great wineries.
Highly recommended.

We stayed in the house and the apartment at Wiggley bottom farm in beautiful Yarra Valley for 5 nights for a much needed break. The whole family including our Labrador enjoyed the beautifully appointed country style house with well equipped kitchen, the fire place and the open fire place. The view of the valley from the terrace is breathtaking. Gillie made everyone feel so comfortable and welcomed. We are definitely returning back in spring and planning to book the house in autumn again to enjoy the colorful nature changes.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Wiggley Bottom Farm for 2 nights. The garden apartment was beautifully designed and decorated and it was warm and cosy. Meeting wonderful Gillie and her babies were also the highlight of our stay. Our toddler enjoyed feeding the geese and goats and playing with the doggies. We hope to be back in future.

We are a family of 4 - 2 adults, a 3-year old and a 1 year old. Would the apartment/cottage be suitable?

Hi - thank you for your enquiry - both would be suitable for your family and the cottage is the larger of the two options. We have a fold out single bed and a portacot so your little ones would be very comfortable. :-)
