We stayed at this Hotel, following a recommendation from another nearby. Made to feel at home as soon as we arrived and the staff were very helpful. Good value for money (with the €uro where it is!). We're sure that there are other good Hotels around, but do give it a try.

We stayed at this delightful hotel on our way to Italy (one night) and on our way back (two nights). I highly recommend the Petit Hotel Confidentiel to anyone who is looking for a base in Chambery and appreciates practical luxury, good to look at but it works as well. Travellers are made to feel welcome from the minute they...

We stayed twice, one night on our way to Italy, and three nights on our return. The hotels design and decoration is stunning, the rooms and amenities brilliant and breakfast impressive. Our room was slightly too warm the first night because the air conditioner was not working very well. We came back from dinner to find our room had been...

This hotel had the best linens and bed presentation that we have ever stayed at. It is a small homey little hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The room was so clean and well prepared when we showed up in the afternoon. The staff were very helpful and courteous to us with all of our questions and problems.

This hotel ranks alongside one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It's just stunning. Each room is unique and the architects need an award. Ok there's not really a bar to speak but it's right in the middle of the old town with countless bars and restaurants within minutes. We'll be stopping over in Chambery again and wouldn't consider...

From the moment we arrived in the centre of Chambery, we could not have been made more welcome. This is how a hotel should be run. The hotel is situated in the centre of town, the complex directions to get into the pedestrian area where it is situated were emailed to us in advance. The staff could not have been...

Beautiful hotel, with ultra-luxurious decor, finishing touches, and amenities on a lovely cobble stoned street in the heart of Chambery. Many rooms have seemingly magical views of the city scape. The rooms are scattered in a 15th century era structure that has been completely renovated but retains the architectural beauty of its origins. I would have given the hotel a...

I can't say enough about this small exquisitely run Hotel! The rooms are gorgeous, the linens "Oh my gosh" over the Moon. The bathrooms are DREAMY, fun fun fun place. The owners have impressive taste, high quality and worth every dime you may spend. There is NO bad room. Do come and stay here, you will want at least 3-5...
