I spent a week at the Monsoon GH in Nov. 2016. It is a very nice place right at the beach. Room's and huts are very nice, clean, and spacious. The Monsoon has also a very good restaurant. The German owner Dirk and his team are making the difference! My stay there was pure pleasure and I enjoyed every minute!

Just returned from Agonda & stayed in a hut right next door to Monsoon... so we used the restaurant almost every day. GOOD POINTS: * STAFF are absolutely superb and so efficient with memories that put the rest of us to shame .... they could teach 'customer care' and 'communication skills' to restaurant staff across most of the world! Really,... More

I believe it,s the people that make a place more beautiful than it is.Same can be said about the people of Monsoon.Been to Goa thrice but this had been my best stay. The location of the guesthouse is fantastic. The food was great but then we didnt try others. The open lounges are gorgeous to view the sunset and the... More

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Great location. Good food. Lovely view from restaurant. Adequate but basic huts/rooms. Only improvement would be the wifi/internet which wasn't always working. Will definitely return to this place.

We had a smaller room near the back of the main building. It was bright, cheery, and clean. The staff took good care of us. When my girlfriend sprained her ankle, they provided ice packs and offered suggestions for treatment. About the only negative was poor wifi, but you don't go to Agonda to stay connected. Monsoon helped make Agonda... More

To those that seek a closeness with the sea and nature, calmness, caring gestures and ease with life, go here. This is as close to paradise for my values as I have ever come. I fell into a relaxed vacation state easily at Monsoon. I felt very taken care of by the kindness of Dirk the owner and his sweet... More

We spent one week in Monsoon in December. It was one of the most beautiful, peaceful and unspoiled places I have ever been to. Located on the beach, the whole place was very clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful and food was delicious.

My wife and I, along with our daughter and her husband, spent 5 nights at Monsoon in November. It's a laid back resort on a particularly appealing part of Agonda's beach. We enjoyed meeting people from Israel, Germany and Scotland. The two dining areas facilitate interaction with other guests nicely. Service provided by the Nepali staff was excellent, and very...
