This is our second stay in this unit and we love it. It is spacious and has everything you could need. There is even a pantry full of spices and cooking items to spare the renter the time and expense of buying everything. A wonderful ocean front complex that is off the beaten path, built in the 70's. Some units are still in original condition, while others have been remodeled & updated. After viewing this condo online, we thought it looked updated and decorated nicely. This wasn't totally the case. The view is great with whale breaching quite close and the turtles swimming just feet away from the bulkhead. However, 203 really needs some kind of ambiance. Stayed in unit 306 in November which we rented through VRBO. The unit was in excellent condition with a direct view of Maalea Bay. The agent had left us some banana bread, coffee and jam which was very welcome. It was well stocked with essentials such as dishes, silverware, linens and laundry detergent, dish soap, binoculars. Mesmerizing views from this clean 1 bdrm. Surf was rough and high. Haleakala and the cloud cover were seen directly across our unit which was over the pool. Great vacation spot. Walk over to salbatins for early bird meal.

We stayed at 205 for two weeks over Christmas and New Year's. We loved the location! Ma'alaea is so central to everything. Walking Sugar Beach in the mornings and taking time to watch the turtles was wonderful. We walked over to the harbor shopping area and had dinner at Beach Bums. We stayed in unit 406 for 11 days this September. The condo has everything for a comfortable stay. My wife and I stayed 7 days in Milowai #404 for our honeymoon. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The unit was comfortable and clean. Super comfortable location. Our 13th visit to Maui and we have stayed many places, but our favorite is on Ma'alaea. This condo was perfect. Luxury, well equipped, free parking, super clean, and walking to the harbor shops to eat or walking Sugar Beach was exactly what we wanted. Loved the view and also seeing the whales. We would definitely return.
