Took a long winding road up Mt Nemrut to within 4 Km of the top and then down the back side of the mountain to Euphrat Nemrut Hotel and Restaurant. Truly in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are on one level and easy to get to. Good size room with a king and a twin bed. Used twin bed for luggage as no luggage racks provided. Room had a nice desk and two desk chairs. Unfortunately, the room only had lighting over the two beds, no desk lamp or overhead lights. There was a small refrigerator, no in-room safe. A storage cabinet contained extra blankets for the beds. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, a hair dryer and three small disks of soap, no body wash, shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion. The toilet seat and lid would not stay up. Had to hold them up. When you sat on the toilet the lid was always against your back. Since we are so far from any other restaurants our tour group had to use this facility for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was a set price with seven different appetizers, a main meal of rice, chunks of beef in sauce and a small salad. Watermelon and a sweet for dessert. Very good although service was a little slow. Breakfast was a different deal. No fruit, no juice, and no eggs. Only offered olives, bread, jellies, couple of cold meats and cheeses, and tomatoes. Bare bones.

I read the reviews of this hotel and they are all over the place. But we would still recommend it. First, let me say that we really appreciated the family that runs this place. The van we travelled in had a problem, and this family provided the van service up to Nemrut. Clearly, he had driven this hundreds of times, and he really saved us our itinerary and timetable. The hotel is in Nemrut national park. The facility is like a caravanserai and is so convenient. Also because it is in the mountains, it is after from earthquake.
When we got to our room, the electricity did not work, and they called someone in to correct it. The bathroom is small and the water system did not produce much hot water. But you know what? It didn't really matter to us, after hiking up to Nemrut and everything was clean and comfortable. Second, we loved the attitude of the young men in the dining area. Such keeners, and good service. We were hungry and the chef was happy to serve us. Breakfast was a buffet of olives, cheeses eggs and bread. It was good and delicious.
The morning sunrise is fabulous from this mountain get away.
As an accommodation, I would rate this as a 2 star hotel, but as an experience I would rate it 5 star. This is the reason I rated it 4 stars as a whole.

We spent one night at the Hotel Euphrat after visiting Nemrut Dag. The hotel is basic but the rooms are clean and the staff friendly. The restaurant serves a set menu which was included in the price of our room. The bathroom was spacious and there were shelves for toiletries. The hotel didn’t provide any shampoo or shower gel. The shower was impossible to regulate - vacillating between freezing cold and scalding hot.
The other drawback is the dogs that bark all night. I slept just fine, but my partner was pretty miserable at breakfast

I arrived late, so it was too dark to see the surrounding area of this well-positioned hotel. But staff were welcoming and my room was very clean and comfortable. I had plenty of hot water and wi fi worked surprisingly well. My room for some reason had two single beds, but was close to the restaurant. After a cold and somewhat challenging sunrise hike to the top of Mount Nemrut with my guide, it was wonderful to have a short easy drive back to the hotel for a hot shower and a delicious breakfast. The family that seemed to be in charge of the restaurant (maybe the whole hotel?) were friendly and helpful without being over-attentive. The views from the restaurant terrace are spectacular. The swimming pool was clean, but by the end of October it was too cold at night for the pool to ever warm up enough for swimming during the day. This is not a luxury hotel - but it is well run and the closest place to stay if you are hiking Mount Nemrut.

I'm not *trying* to be dramatic or insulting, but in 30 years of traveling to 108 countries, this actually is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We were in some “extra" room that was dirty and small, with flies and a birds nest in the corridor. Mostly clean room but tattered old style mattresses, chipped paint, stains, overall like a college dorm or campsite in a developing country. We ate tasty but basic dinner in the canteen. We slept. Then, when we flushed the toilet, smelly sewer water emerged from the bathroom floor and covered it. Thank God we only used the toilet in the morning, because the room stank of feces after that. After some time, I was given the key to another room so I could shower, and that room was modern, bigger, with up to date furnishings and the toilet and shower worked. It was still morning but the room was clean: I asked why we were not given this room but the other one. It was then that the manager lied to me and said (absurdly) that we were supposed to have the nice room, but since we had called for directions by phone he thought we were a new party (new booking and not the reservation via Booking.com). he said he didn't realize who we were so he was saving the nice room for the “Booking.com people who never showed up". Such an absurd lie, because he reviewed our passports. He comped the dinner (gave us the dinner for free), €24 in total, and he gave us gifts of cheap souvenirs, but I resent being lied to. Yes the manager and staff is polite, this is Turkey! But we were still given old, dirty room without working toilet. Beware staying here if you get the "old" rooms.

We stayed one night at the hotel on October 9, 2024. When we booked the hotel on May 30, 2024, we pre-paid the total of $77.76.
However, when we checked out at the hotel on October 10, 2024, the receptionist at the front desk said they didn't receive the payment of $77.76. He asked us to pay 72 EUR instead. We didn't have any choice, and then paid 72 EUR again. Therefore, we actually paid twice, $77.76 and 72 EUR, for one night stay.
They never respond to us when we tried to contact the hotel after we were back to the United States. It was the most terrible experience that we have ever had.

The location is close to Nemrut Mountain and that would be the only advantage. The room smelled awful, pretty dark and outdated furniture. They had cleaned the bathroom 2 min before our arrival and there was a lot of water on the floor and the bathroom door wouldn't close, the water in the toilet was dripping with the echo of a cave long time after flushing. The room was cold and there was no ceiling light, just a wire. The food was decent but not varied. If you can avoid this location, do so. Luckly we spent only few hours there.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds. Good ensuite shower room with hot water. Meals are a ' fixed menu' but everything we ate was delicious. Superb views from the terrace and the owner was friendly. A great choice if you are visiting Nemrüt from Khata. Only downside, the WiFi was very intermittent! Huge car park and a quiet mountain location.

The Inn is in a great location, ~15 minutes drive from Nemrut Dagi. It has fifty rooms very well equipped. Has a restaurant that offers a unique daily meal on a terrace with panoramic views. Beautiful swimming pool, but with cloudy water and practically no equipment ( 2 sun loungers) .

We visited the hotel on May 2021 so it was quite empty due to pandemic. We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel has a beautiful location with amazing view from the terrace. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Apart from breakfast we ate dinners at the hotel and it was delicious home made food. All in all, highly recommend 😊
