The hotel is well located and very comfortable, the new pool area is perfect and with a bus stop within 100 metres provides easy access to both main lift stations in the village. The evening meal provided plenty of choice and was of high quality, the new bar area has a real Pub feel to it and was always busy...

Ate in the restaurant 2 years ago on a previous ski trip. They are always busy and tonight , though we had booked for 1945 it was almost 2020 before a table was ready . That said , we waited in the bar beforehand . If you have kids , I would advise avoiding the peak dining time of around...

Stayed for 3 nights with all inclusive, and the service was pleasant, open and friendly and food was plenty and rich on taste. Room was nice and basic, and the balcony made the difference and the settings of the landscape made it a spot of enjoyment. Place can be recommended, and the gym is all you need and nothing more....

I have traveled and stayed all over Europe during my ski racing days and this was my first ski holiday in 5/6 years. From check in the service was seamless and...

Very nice hotel in typical Austrian design. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The breakfast is wonderfull with all kinds of fruit, yoghurt, salmon, fine meats, cheese... and the list goes on. The service in the breakfast room and dinner meets a very high standard. The hotel itself has a privat parking lot and is in walking distance of...

We have spent a week at "Wagrainerhof". I can't call it a luxury hotel, but some points are good. The hall is quite small and messy, SPA misses something... They have a sauna, infrared and a Turkish bath, but you miss the feeling of relaxation. Actually you miss music and aromas. It's just the place, where they put those 3...

“Rooms facing the street on higher floors( very quiet with the windows closed ) have mountain view. .”

“The hotel is situated on the main road which can be pretty busy, so it is good to ask for a room not overlooking the mainstreet”

“Rooms to the back are more quiet in the morning and not so warm.”

“Ask for a room with balcony to get outdoor space and to enjoy all the beautiful flowers.”
Joangronfeldt, 4 Aug 2013 | Read review
“If you bring along more than one child, ask for their biggest rooms, otherwise you will find yourself sleeping on a heap (the kids-couch in family rooms can, accoding to our experience, comfortably welcome only one average-sized over-5-year old). They will charge you 15 EUR extra for having a balcony. The cleaning lady might storm right into your room (delivering a pre-ordered bathrobe for the spa) after just a brief knock on the door, in case you do not manage to be opening fast enough...so make sure you are ready for unexpected visitors at all times :))”
