I stayed 3 nights. Yes, it had ocean views but the main road out front was noisy and so were my neighbours. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well- supplied with crockery and cutlery, but the dish sponge had old food caked on it (and was half of a full dish sponge someone had cut in half 🙄). The kitchen ceiling looked like there had been a fire at some point and the black marks had been hastily painted over. Two bath towels and a bath mat were supplied and that was all - no hand towels or face washers. The bathroom was basic and tired, like the rest of the apartment, but the shower was good. The air con worked. The wall clock that had no battery in it so the hands were permanently stuck on 1.40 said it all, really.

We booked a mini break weekend here & were pleasantly surprised. Easy check in after hours but have the phone number handy! The manager will give you a code for the safe to collect keys. Pros: All the balconies have a nice beach view. Great Indian restaurant next door. Nice pool n spa...n BBQ by pool. Unit had everything you need aka appliances etc...but only minimal tea coffee etc so you need to buy more if you need it. Close to beach n everything like surf clubs n shops. Lots of great cafes nearby. Lovely ponds n gardens behind the complex. Good shower pressure & has dryer n Washer. Cons: Very hard bed..very cheap mattress woukd bring my own soft topper if staying again! Stinky sulphur smells in lift & underground carpark (Manager informed that there is sulphur in bedrock..nothing that can be done but just to be aware of) some traffic noise with balcony door open but can't hear it with door closed. Conclusion..with a bed topper to make bed more comfy..I would stay here as a couple again..they also offer 10% discount for return visitors. Quite a pleasant place n nice managers for a beach mini break.

Was really looking forward to this 4 day break (not even in school holidays) but, sadly we were quite disappointed with the overall experience. As other reviewers have said, the beds are hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner wouldn't change from cooling mode. And, to add insult to injury, there is only a light fleece bed cover in the wardrobe. Staff seem difficult to locate.
On the plus side, the ocean view was lovely and the balcony quite adequate. Pool and BBQ area seemed nicely laid out and clean. Surf club is an easy walk. However, the overall price for four nights was exorbitant, considering most of the units remained unoccupied during our stay. I don't think we'll choose this again.

Despite reading some non-favourable reviews, we booked a weekend stay here. We found it to be perfect for our weekend getaway. Each room has ocean views, so you can't go wrong here. We found the room clean, airy and breezy and absolutely loved the indoor blinds that separated the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. You have to hotspot your own Netflix or Stan, but that didn't bother us as we were rarely in the room ..... a lovely stay and we will definitely be using Ocean Boulevard in the future.

We stayed in the deluxe apartment at the front of the building. A very comfortable apartment with just enough space for a couple and a baby. Decor is looking a little dated and little things didn't work or were missing. Plenty of undercover parking and pool is great, if not a little exposed.

I've stayed at Ocean Boulevard on three occasions and have enjoyed it each time.
The property is not overly-endowed with facilities - self-catering only and a swimming pool for onsite entertainment. But apartments come equipped with VCRs (video shop about 10 minute walk) and the beach is directly across the road. The Alex Surf Club is less than two minutes away and offers buffet dinners and breakfast specials. Shops are nearby and Maroochydore and Mooloolaba are a five minute drive (pleasant beach walk) in either direction.
The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped and the balconies generally offer good views of the beach.
This property usually has some good offers, which make it particularly attractive (recently stayed for three nights for $250). Management is friendly and helpful.
I prefer the relative quietness of Alexandra Headland to Maroochy or Mooloolaba - they're nearby if required.
Ocean Boulevard is pleasant, clean and well-equipped. It's not a resort and nor is it trying to be. I've enjoyed my stays there and will definitely be back for more.

It all started when i booked, i should have realised then this was not a good idea. Had some vouchers which i had purchased which was a major issue in August apparently because it was so busy, which ultimately meant i had to settle for ground floor apartment because of that, which wasnt what i really wanted but hey you sometimes need to make some compromises and i had the vouchers which left me with little choices.

However compromise only accounts for so much. First off the manager couldn't check me in. Had to get his wife to do it instead

Then i dont think i have ever stayed in a noisier place. Every movement from every person in that place happened only metres from our room because thats where the elevator was. I was more peeved because during the 8 days we were there i dont think it was ever full, which leads me to feel a bit un wanted (very busy here in August)
There was banging and clanging going on in one apartment adhacent to ours which didn't thrill me either. Again moving us away from that would have been appreciated.

And to top it off the manager seems to think that cleaning the pool at 6:30 in the morning is appropriate.... not amused by that stroke of genius either.

All in all i really did not like the overall poor feel of the place. Kitchen was poorly equipped. Room was very small. Wifi required a bank loan, Washing machine was a wreck, lights didnt work. The light in the hallway shone straight through the window in the bathroom and there was more rules plastered around the place than you could poke a stick at. Not to mention the notices you would find in the elevator.
i think there are much better options around that would be better value. Never again. Really put a dampener on a holiday which we deserved and were really looking forward too.
Honestly i could go on i did not enjoy it i wont be ever going back. but i guess each to their own.

Stayed here for 5 nights in peak season and paid a premium for top floor apartment of good size for a couple and great views. plus amazing coffee shops a block away.

However I down graded my score because when I asked the manager for new towels his reply was "you need to pay for them?! " outrageous for service apartments in peak season and paying a premium!

Especially since it's right on the beach when you need to shower a few times day from beach actives and only provided one towel to use for 5 nights.

Then he proceeded to tell Me I needed to wash the towel myself in the provided washing machines.

Yeah well ours was broken And didn't work, so for our last night before an early departure we had soaking wet towels and no one to be found after 4pm to fix the machine.

I actually walk past a whole stack of fresh towels and did the right thing and did not take one. Yep regretted that! Such a simple request and a simple solution right there ready to be solved. Minus 4 stars. Your customers needs are more important then your greed!

Yes I think that they did, however each unit is owned by individual people and furnished differently so no guarantees that your unit would have it.
