Stayed here for 11 nights recently with my 20 year old daughter. We were here to visit my son who is now living on the Sunshine Coast (and how lucky he is!) Room is exactly as advertised. Found it spotlessly clean and loved the very well stocked kitchen. Everything you could need, and plenty of glasses and coffee mugs etc. We were on the 3rd floor and had a lovely view across to the beach. Yes there are stairs, you may puff a bit on the way up! But considering the amazing eateries around I was glad enough of the exercise!! Don’t let the stairs put you off if you are young enough and able.. The hosts, and in particular Jo were helpful when needed, nothing was a problem. Lovely pool and gardens. Go and have a family game of ping pong after dinner. Highly recommend and will be back again. A really great place to stay. Well situated right opposite the beach. Easy walking distance to everything = shops, restaurants, surf club. Our fully self contained unit was very clean and had everything needed. Undercover designated parking. Hosts were very welcoming, helping to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor…which went some way to making up for lack of a lift! Excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend Mylos and will stay there again.

Mylos is a basic low cost apartment complex. Clean and well positioned with lovely hosts. No frills here however you can walk to surf club and easy access to the local shopping and eateries. Rooms are clean but if you are elderly I would suggest a bottom floor as the stairs are a pain as your stay goes longer

Incredibly disappointing experience. Originally booked through Airbnb which were great and gave refund due to COVID date change. G1 holidays who managed the property took over the booking for the new motel- higher rate AND a $95 extra charge for sheets, pillow cases, towels, even a dishcloth. This was not the case when booked through Airbnb. Yes, it is in terms and conditions but clearly a money grab to the extreme to put a couple of sheets on a bed. Much rather a dishcloth and bin liners instead of your packet of Tim tams.

Toddler pool is the best thing I have ever seen. The rooms are nice and have everything you need. Internet is woefully slow at peak times. I will stay here again and again tho as we loved out home away from home.

Very happy with our stay at Mylos. We had a delux two bedroom appointment and very impressed. Very clean, modern appliances and perfect views of the beach. We stayed directly opposite the beach and loved sitting on the reasonable sized deck with a drink and nibbles. Would stay again and highly recommend

We stayed here in February. This is a low rise 3 story unit block with beats gardens heated pool and new sauna. Th beach is directly across the street and most units have great ocean views. We stayed in a two bedroom. The on site manager Jo was very helpful, polite and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to match any rate found on line so we just booked directly with them.

We stayed here for 3 weeks !!! Lucky us. Brilliant location and the the hosts Jo and Nigel are great people, who really look after their guests. Everything is within walking distance, including beach just over the road, restaurants and top live music at the surf club. Our next stay is already locked and loaded !!

We were very pleased with the location as we were within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and cafe what we were not pleased with was the cleanliness and up keep of the accommodation. The bedding was uncomfortable and the one pillow was non existent like having no pillow at all. The rug in the lounge room looked like it had not been vacuumed in forever. I got the broom out of the cupboard to sweep the floor but the broom had so much human hair wrapped around it I didn’t want to use it. The shower screen didn’t slide and the dirt and mould in the shower was disgusting. The microwave did not work at all. Inside the cupboards was dirty and we had to wash the plates and utensils before we used them. Overall the apartment was in poor shape and had a dusty odour to it and generally needs a complete renovation. …

I only wish you had come and spoken to us some time during your 5 night stay as we could have done something about it for you. We have been here for only 4 months now and have been working really hard to improve the cleanliness of the rooms, so your comments have come as quite a surprise given the effort we have put in. You have highlighted other items that we need to take a look at to ensure our guests are more comfortable. Thank you for your feedback and again we are very sorry that your stay was not a good one.

Stayed here for 4 nights when our kids played in a sporting carnival in Maroochydore. The On-Site Resident Managers were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in Apartment 24 - it was a home away from home. Nicely furnished, very clean amd comfortable beds. Great location. The only thing was the allocated carpark was not the easiest to park in, being in an awkward position. Thankfully we had a small Hyundai i30 hatch. Highly recommended.
