Tucked in a dark street, just beyond a street bingo parlor and a hotdog stand, Zpad has just the right amount of sass. Be whisked by a poor dog's whimper into a tiny reception booth, with a nice young lady ready to take your cash. If you want to feel how it feels to be inside a single ticket booth,...

After a 6hr flight delay to get here, we arrived at midnight to smiling and friendly staff. Very quick check in and straight to our room. Loved the spacious common area and was pleasantly surprised with the room. Front desk called after 5 minutes to ensure we had everything we needed and were happy with the room. Bathroom is very...

But will not opt for my 6th. The hotel is clean and quiet, but the more you stay the higher the chance that staff will take their job as a joke to their customer. Likewise, they often pay attention and respect only to the guest who has the booking named after, if you're a companion just don't expect you'll receive...

Visiting here in tacloban just for 3days, and was staying here in Z-Pad, I really like the staff when I was calling to have a reservation because they are too accommodating to the guests as I experience,, they accommodate me when I arrived even though it was so early in the morning. The food was good, the amenities also great...

Whether for business or leisure, Zpad residences is one of the best hotels to stay in Tacloban. However, one must be alert in reserving ahead of time since they are usually fully booked. The rooms have a homey condo vibe since they have these spacious living room areas and mini kitchen. Overall, what I do like most about the hotel...

I'm checked in at zpad every week. Tuesdays to thirsdays. My concern is that they always book me on the room with no closet. I'm a lecturer and I need to hang my clothes for my lectures.. And the bathroom also leaks

It was a last minute booking during our #epicroadtrip2015 covering Manila-Bicol-Samar-Leyte and back. I called the number indicated in the TripAdvisor and a modulated voice answered…I thought it was a recording…it was Roel (I hope I spelled it right). He said there is an available room. He informed me about the accommodation style…that it has several rooms with a common...

The hotel is about 5-minute ride from downtown (town center). From the main road I only to need walk for about 30m to the hotel. I had the single room. If you are a big person you might find it difficult to move around. Toilet is very nice and clean. Hot/cold shower is working. I love their toiletries, at par...

Stayed in a condo-like setup with a bedroom and living room/kitchen. Everything was basic but clean, and the bed was comfortable. No restaurants that we could find within walking distance, and its a pretty long cab ride to the mall. The price seemed correct for what was offered, and I'd likely stay here again while passing through Tacloban.
