Stayed here a couple of nights. The rooms were above average but not great and the same for the food. The prices for the rooms and food were very afordable and was not too far from downtown Ormoc. I would recommend Sabin over anything else we saw in this area and would stay here again if spending the night in...

It depends on where your room is. Ours overlooking the parking area. It would have been nice if overlooking the sea or swimming pool. Breakfast - if you are early food may take time to be served. Function hall - temperature is jist right - cold. There is no wi fi inside the rooms. You have to go to the...

Pool area was awesome. It was huge, very few guests and quiet/ relaxing place so we almost had the entire pool to us. The pool water is clean and the pool is huge! Pool garden was also very nice and neat. Food: was delicious, large serving for an average price around 250 to 400 per meal per person includes two...

I love this hotel bec its near the center of the city. The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious and very neat. It has a restaurant, though it aren't that great but not bad too for it's value. It also has a very nice pool were i enjoyed so much. Overall it was a great stay.

Stayed here recently on a business trip and was surprised to find such a classy hotel in this non-touristy area. The building were well-kept but outdated. It look like this place was still recovering from the 2013 typhoon as some facilities on their grounds were still damaged. The downs - no potable water in rooms (you have to purchase at...

The place looks clean and modern. However there are building works going on, the pool doesn't look clean (we went to take our 2 year old swimming and decided not to after looking in the pool), most importantly there were very few guests. There were many staff standing doing nothing or chatting-seems like bad management. The food was beyond a...

The first is via Cebu which is a one hour and 10 minute flight to Mactan-Cebu International Airport then shuttle to the Port of Cebu to take a fast ferry catamaran of SuperCat, that is an almost three hour boat ride to the Port of Ormoc. The...

Not bad for a hotel in a smaller city where there's not much of other competition , we had dinner here and the view was gorgeous. If you are looking for a decent hotel to stay in Ormoc this would be lovely. The food in the restaurant wasn't anything spectacular but it wasn't that bad at all.

Mixed views about this place. First the plus: the building itself is quite nice, with a sort of Spanish-Filipino charm (to my not-architect eyes), but on the other hand you could equally say it feels dated, since apparently the hotel age is not actually as retro as its styling. Everything seems maintained and the grounds well kept and clean. The...
