I loved staying in this bed and breakfast on our recent family holiday to Jervis Bay, with just four bedrooms available and catering for adults only the house was quiet and peaceful, although our group did include children some family members were able to secure a holiday home close by. The accommodation is close to many of the beaches our favourites being Blenheim and Chinamans beach and although we made it to Hyams beach I far preferred the beaches closer to this house . Breakfast was a simple continental affair with lots of choice including fresh fruit, croissants and breakfast cereals, everything was very fresh. Lilian was a great host, friendly and informative but not intrusive. She offered free bike hire on the day for those of us staying at the accommodation and for those staying elsewhere offered a discount because of our group size. I loved staying in this house and recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting Jervis Bay.…

Jarvis bay, watching the dolphins, boardwalk in the mangrove, Hyams beach, rayed as one of the 19 most beautifull beaches on earth nearby. Great place to visit those. Breakfast was perfect. Room was a little to small to have your 4 weeks luggage with you. It was hot, we missed an airco and the fan made an annoying clicking noise so we could not let it on at night. But those are just little things to improve, don't let them stop you visiting this place.

Thank you so much for your positive review, its much appreciated, your absolutely right 4 weeks of luggage is a lot to keep in your room, just thought Id mention Im happy to store luggage for guests, if Id known you had so much, I would have offered. Also Ive adjusted the fan to stop it clicking, this was an easy fix, shame you didn't think to mention it during your stay :-( Those points aside it was lovely to hear you enjoyed this beautiful area and that you managed to find some of the beautiful spots Jervis Bay has to offer.

Great stay, very comfortable and easy access to the surrounding beaches and walks. Also located very centrally to the nearby town of Huskinson and the botanic gardens. Will definitely stay here again on the next trip to Jervis Bay.

I and my husband stayed here for 4 nights. Sanddancers and the host Lilian is simply wonderful. Everything was well taken care of and it is of really great value. Room is cozy, clean, quiet and has everything you need. It is so close to the ocean that you can hear the calming waves at night. It is nice and make us feel so close to the nature. The lounge room is specious and relaxing and the breakfast and tea selection was great. The outdoor patio is nice for an afternoon tea or chat. Thanks Lilian for making our short stay in Jervois Bay so wonderful!

Friendly owner, clean comfortable room comfortable bed, lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, lots of delicious juices, good variety of cereals breads and pastries all great in every respect. The only reason I have given four and not five stars is that the bathroom door in our room would not close and has apparently not been able to be closed for a while.

Thank you for your positive review, so happy you enjoyed your stay at Sanddancers, for the benefit of other readers just thought I would mention the bathroom door has now been replaced, although this is a recurring problem as people tend to shower with the door open causing it to bloat, hopefully the new door will be a little more water resistant, thanks for bringing this to our attentions :-)

Vicentia is a superb location to spend a couple of days exploring the nearby glorious Jarvis Bay where accomadtion is very limited. We spent one night at this loveley B and B during our two month tour of Australia in September/October last year and we loved it. It does get very booked and unfortunately it was full for our second night and there isn't a lot else in this small town. It wasn't the cheapest on our trip but it as one of the nicest. A helpful host, comfortable, clean and well appointed rooms. It was quiet once the other guests went to bed, a rugby match being watched in the communal lounge was a bit noisy. And the breakfast was tasty with some interesting choices and a hot dish. Definitely worth my excellent review.

Lillian is the host and is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and very well located near the white sand beaches (5 min walk). Breakfast was prepared with a lot of care and the outside patio was perfect for an afternoon drink. Would definetely recommend it and will come back. Besides, also try the local mexican. We spent two nights here in a comfortable ensuite room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. Guests have the private use of a large lounge and dining area as well as an outside sitting area. Very helpful and obliging host. So much more pleasant than a motel and in a good quiet location only minutes from quiet beaches. Great for solo travellers.
