Comfortable and well appointed rooms, lovely breakfasts and friendly welcome. Short walk to good pubs and village shop that makes wonderful packed lunches. We would recommend and will return if we are in this area.

We recently spent 3 nights at Chy-an-Dour using it as our base while we did some walking around Ashford. Ann & Stewart were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean. We stayed in the pine room which had its own entrance and outside area to sit in - very pleasant. The breakfasts were perfectly cooked and...

We had the double room with it's own entrance and it was luxurious - the most comfortable bed with the most luxurious bed linen, heated towel rail, tea, coffee and biscuits in our room, and even lovely bath robes to chill out...

Ann and Stuart are really friendly, but not intrusive, and as they are both locals their knowledge of the area is fabulous. There is a small car park for all guests just opposite - this is an...

What a beautiful area, beautiful home and beautiful hosts. Stuart and Anne made us feel at home. With Anne's amazing English breakfast to the very cosy and comfy bed. Both my daughter and I will remember the experience of Chy-an-Dour for a very long time.

“The twin room gets the morning sun, the double gets the evening sun, in the main house. The downstairs rooms are darker, one in particular, but there is adequate electric lighting. There is some noise from birdsong, and also of sheep - lovely! (this is a B&B, not a hotel)”
