Great views from bedrooms and restaurant. Hot tub, small indoor poor, sauna and steam room are set up well. Prosecco on arrival was lovely. Dinner menu fabulous, recommend the duck terrine and lamb starters and venison and chicken mains. Cheese selection was really good too....More

absolutely lovely hotel and grounds! spa was lovely! 7 course taster meal was amazing! could not fault the service, all staff really friendly and polite. would definitely go back again, only problem was I didn't want to leave!

We came for a wedding too and 2pm is usual check in but because all rooms were for us they let us check in earlier- around midday

There is a very small railway station called Hope about a mile away. This is England so the service will be infrequent, not punctual and overpriced. There is a saying about "travelling in hope"...I'm sure the hotel would... More
