The location, hosts, and amenities were superb. We had a lovely time and managed to get onto the peaks very quickly from the B&B. The breakfast was hearty too! Highly recommended stay and would love to return one day.

3rd time of visiting this superb B&B. Jo and Leon are excellent hosts. We stay in the studio which has its own living area and kitchen. Yummy breakfasts are still available in the dining room in the main house though! Our main interests are cycling and walking....fantastic routes for both around and above Ladybower reservoir a stones throw away. If...

We stayed at Thornhill View for a night over the weekend (3rd - 4th September 2016). The location is great. Close to many amazing locations in the Peak District. The B&B itself is very pretty, clean and the hosts are very friendly. Jo gave us a warm welcome. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you would expect from...

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in the studio room at this lovely bed and breakfast. We liked having own own front door and additional space to relax in and facilities to prepare a simple picnic etc. The studio was spotlessly clean, peaceful and with lovely views out of the skylight windows. Jo was very friendly and welcoming. The...

Exceptionally clean, powerful shower, comfortable bed, good room facilities and a great breakfast. The B&B is close to Edale and the rest of the Peaks. There's a pub 50 yards away that's good for evening food & drinks etc. I'd definitely stay again

A friend and I stayed for 1 night ahead of a mountain bike event starting early the next morning. We arrived early the day before so that we could spend a few hours mountain biking that afternoon. Jo and Leon were very happy for us to leave the car and our bags with them etc. The room and bathroom were...

We chose this B&B when attending a wedding nearby. We normally steer clear of B&Bs as a rule, preferring chain hotels. What a fantastic surprise this was. A lovely clean spacious room, a very welcoming host and a fantastic breakfast all for a very reasonable price. We stayed in the upstairs room which was more like a small apartment -...

Thornhill View is in a beautiful location in Hope Valley. The property has spacious grounds and parking for cars. They also welcome dogs. On arrival, we were welcomed by Jo and shown into our very clean and spacious bedroom, which also had en-suite. The room was spotless and very well furnished, with TV, , docking system, DVD (together with some...
