#1 of 35 Speciality lodging in Agios Prokopios
Travellers' Choice
Kedros Villas is situated on a gently sloping hill in the Stelida area, providing easy access to Laguna Beach (550 m.) - ideal for windsurfing - and Agios Procopios Beach (1.2 km.), famed for its white sand and crystal clear waters. In its amphitheatrical, leafy location, Kedros Villas – comprising twelve holiday homes with fully equipped kitchens and four suites with outdoor hot tub or private pool – boasts a panoramic view of the seascape. Set in the shade of elegant cedars, our villas enjoy excellent temperatures during the summer months. Wherever possible, natural materials have been used both for their construction and décor….white marble flooring strikes a cool contrast with rich oak fittings….wooden furnishings….elegance, simplicity, comfort. Kedros Villas embraces all three. The wild, natural beauty of the landscape, unspoilt by the passage of time, undulating sand banks, the restless and glimmering sea. All these combine to inspire us.

We loved staying at Kedros Villas. The property is beautiful and the pool area is very clean. Best breakfast and top notch customer service. Maroula helped us with taxis and laundry service as well. If you're staying during the off season, I recommend renting a car to get around.

Top breakfast, pool and service etc…everything was perfect. We went via Airbnb and best one we visited during our stay on several Greek islands. Couldn’t fault it really. Facilities and price were great

Kedros Villas is a wonderful place to stay, whilst relaxing and exploring the gorgeous island of Naxos. The location is perfect (15 mins walk to nearest beach and village of Agios Prokopios and 10 mins drive to main town of Chora (Naxos Town)). The local beaches are clean, and perfect for swimming, surfing and sunbathing, surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. Kedros Villas are well situated on the south coast of Naxos Island, in peaceful countryside, near the main town of Chora, and within walking distance of a local village/beach, Agios Prokopios. The villas sit next to a nature reserve, which acts as a conservation area for migratory bird flocks, and other wild animals, including eagles, frogs and other wildlife. Walking and/or running around this area and the local coastline is safe and peaceful. The hosts at Kedros Villas are Maroulah and Anastasia, who both, along with their staff, provide an excellent hotel-type service for guests. They are professional, kind, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms were kept clean during our stay, and we used the laundry service, which was excellent. We had good Wifi, throughout our stay, and were able to use our laptop connected to the villa television to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was particularly useful, even in October, when temperatures were between 21c and 30c. The huge pool is fantastic, especially after a hot and dusty day of adventure. There are also plenty of sunbeds and lovely views of the hills, mountains, coastline, and nearby main town of Chora. The free breakfasts are delicious, including freshly prepared eggs, bacon and fruit juices. The choices are varied, and we enjoyed gorgeous Greek yogurt with walnuts and Greek honey, and sampled fresh pastries, local butter and jams, too (peach and plum were just in season). The Greek coffee is smoky, sweet and delicious. Naxos is a wonderful island to explore, and hiring a car is cheap and a good idea (we paid £136 for 9 days use of a 5-door manual, large enough for 2x big suitcase and 2x large rucksacks). There are so many little fishing villages and mountain towns to discover, and the odd group of wandering mountain goats. Drivers are generally courteous and we were advised to drive slowly at all times. Naxiots are, quite rightly, very proud of their island, and the fact that they are one of only a few islands that are able to sustain themselves agriculturally, is amazing. The food is, therefore, generally fresh and delicious, and we found the smaller, non-tourist family-run restaurants to be of better quality. It is also exceedingly cheap to eat out (dinners were often less than 40€ for 2x adults including starters, mains and wine), and be cautious because the portions were huge, even for us, as foodies! We hope you enjoy staying at Kedros Villas as much as we did. After the last 2 years, we felt very lucky to have a holiday, and relished every minute of this beautiful place and the hospitality shown to us by the lovely Naxiot people, such as Maroulah and Anastasia.

Just arrived back from our second stay in two years at Kedros Villas. Lovely family run Villas in pretty Naxos. Both Maroula and Anastasia welcome you with friendliness and warmth, lovely accommodation with large swimming pool and comfortable sun beds. Last year the Bar/snack bar wasn't open due to Covid restrictions but this year it was open and we were greeted with a welcome drink of your choice. Sophia is behind the Bar ready to welcome you. Breakfast is lovely & varied, giving your choice the night before and beautifully, individually prepared & served to your table at the time chosen by yourself. Daily cleaning of your villa/house but if you choose not to have this for your own reasons due to Covid, it can be arranged for when suits you. We love our relaxing time at Kedros Villas and hope to he visiting again next year. Thank You Maroula & Anastasia for helping towards making our holiday relaxing & enjoyable.

The villas provided spacious, clean and well equipped accommodation for the two of us. A short walk to the pool and breakfast area where we enjoyed perfect freshly cooked breakfasts every morning. Maroula arranged a car for us which is essential for exploring this lovely island and provided good recommendations on what to do and restaurants to visit.
