My friends and I were visiting Cuba and had an air BnB reservation for three days in Sancti Spiritus that didn't pan out. We were worried, then found this hotel just out of the city. The four of us got separate rooms in two different buildings. We were pleased with the size of the rooms, one had a lovely balcony....

The hotel is way out of town. Our check in was fast and friendly. Our room was old and worn, the air con did not work properly and was very loud. The bathroom curtain fell down so everybody could see inside. Had to fix it myself. The dinner buffet was very good. As a conclusion I would say the hotel...

Stayed here 1 night on a Saga Cuba tour. Rooms are in blocks scattered around spacious grounds, room ok but dated but big enough with everything we needed for our short stay. Had an issue with the toilet but this was fixed very quickly. Main block with reception, currency exchange, small busy dining room, food ok another buffet style dinner...

Quite a modest residence, but clean with attentive staff. Rooms are a bit old fashioned, but still comfortable. Restaurant a bit dated & small & bar is miniscule, but rooftop patio is nice + they have entertainment. Would recommend as a stopover if en-route when travelling. CAUTION : Our room was a bit mosquito ridden. I killed 8 at night...

The hotel is situated a little way from town, but it is in a very pleasant location. The accommodation consists of to storey apartments a short walk up a hill to reception and the dining area. As a small hotel the dining and breakfast choices are rather limited but fine and the service is good. Rooms are rather small but...

An old accommodation but the staff make the experience much better. They went out of their way to make us happy. Everyone from the bell boys to the management, the evening show is something else! Never got to use the pool so I cannot comment. The food was Ok but the dining area was a little crowded. It is set...

1st impressions were of a widely spaced housing estate (the rooms are in little blocks of 4) in rolling parkland but then we went in and things looked up from then on. It is one of the lowest starred hotels used on our tour and in just 1 night became a favourite. That was down to the staff who were...

We were travelling as part of a group and had been warned that the hotel was basic. The rooms were a reasonable size and quite comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, the main quirk being no shower gel. We had shampoo, body lotion and dental gel, which totally confused some of our group, much to the amusement of the others. We...

... whilst it was a nice tranquil area with the odd bit of wildlife in your room, (frog, lizard, spider), but this was no problem. The rooms themselves were however basic and very dated with poor plumbing. All the staff were very obliging but unfortunately the food was not up to much, plus it ran out which was just as...

Much more pleasant than we had been led to expect. We arrived a little late in the day to enjoy the ample grounds of this old plantation. The main reception and restaurant bar building is set on a small rise above the rest of the grounds where there are a number (6-8?) of individual modern two-story buildings each with individual...
