Basic room, cleanish. Comunication in English is difficult wenn one of the ladies running the place is absent. If she's there, very helpfull service, arranged Landry, flight to Sumba and transport to airport early in the morning. Breakfeast ok for the price, free water/tea/coffee nice. Located out of the way in a residential area, so if they run out of scooters to rent, you face long walks to anything, even dinner. "Taxi" from the bus stop didn't know the way (but didn't tell), running in circles until I showed him location on the phone. Good value for money, would return (but try to secure a scooter beforhand).
we stayed there one night it is the hell. rooms have no windows at the top all the street noise is extremely hearable in the room. bed is comfy and bathroom as well, but u can’t sleep.. very uncomfortable
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and common room area. Best pillow in Indonesia. They don't serve dinner but helped up order a take away. Showers were a bit cold but perfectly fine. Woken up by the noise from the mosque at 4.45am, but I guess this is part of the experience of visiting Indonesia. Overall very good value for money.
This simple and clean guesthouse is staffed with extremely friendly and helpful personnel. We were stranded at the last minute in Ende after our flight was unexpectedly cancelled. After being scared out of our wits by the hotel room provided by the airline company (it had green mould growing on its TV screen and dirty sheets), we scrambled to find an option that would correspond to our expectations of cleanliness. Our guide advised us to contact Dasi Guesthouse, which surpassed these. A driver was dispatched to rescue us from our little adventure. Right away, we were appeased by the warmth of the driver. She greeted us in genuine fashion. Staff at reception welcomed us, and helped us order a takeout dinner. I loved the community area as well as the breakfast area. We felt very grateful to have an opportunity to stay at Dasi.…
(+) Dasi guesthouse is a pleasant place to stay over night in Ende. The guesthouse offers air-conditioned rooms and chill out area in the yard with tea and coffee for free. Payment is automatically deducted, which was good for us, since we did not have much cash with us. Electronic mosquito repellent was installed m in our room, which is more convenient than a mosquito net. If you do not feel like going out for dinner in the evening, you can order food from Pari Koro restaurant. Tasty food! They even offered a free transfer to the airport early in the morning. (-) Unfortunately, it gets pretty loud in the evening, if there are many guests especially from Indonesia. Moreover, the guesthouse is just 100 meters from a mosque with dynamics... Shower is not properly designed - always wet at the toilet. A double bed room is 250.000IDR if ordered at the spot, otherwise 290.000 if booked via booking. …
