Not good service

The place could be fine with a better service. Upon arrival we found the beds not made in our cottage, the towels were missing as well. It was not funny going in the midlle of the polar night with all those snowing around to reception...More

I don’t think so because even guests must book the hot tub before using, so it might be very busy. But I encourage you to contact administration office.
