The breakfast is fresh, something for everybody. And the rooms are clean, you will sleep well. The staff is polite. You have even your own SAUNA in your room. You find your ice cream and pertoil, present cards and even gifts!

When you are hungry and it's far to the next "good" restaurant, you accept whatever you are offered. This is simply the worst place ever! I ordered a nugget dish: A plateful of cheap chips swimming in salt and fat, plus four mini nuggets. When the customers are hungry, you don't need to think of anything else than simple and cheap ingredients. Supports public disease, not public health. Sorry!

I stayd in this hotel only one nigth. The hotel belongs to a gas station (Neste) near contry road 12 and there is also a restaurant, a burger restaurant such a small shop. The room had to be paid when taking the key. However, the reception was very friendly. Room: I've had a double room with an own sauna. Price: 95 EUR The interieur war very basic and quite old - but everything was clean. Also the sauna was working without any problems. Breakfast: enough and good. Result: No Luxus hotel, but for one nigth quite sufficient. If you need mor choices and better rooms, drive on for about 50 km to Tampere. There are a lot of hotels. However, for a room with own sauna you have to pay more than 200 EUR there.

If you get stuck in Pälkäne, I guess the only hotel is the Apiskukko. You will be checked in at the register in the service station, where you queue in line with truck drivers who want to pay their truck fuel. Once checked in, you get your key card that opens your hotel room in the back of the service station. This part looks like a real (but simple) hotel. rooms are very clean. Don´t expect and exciting features. The rooms are kept very simple. Considering you are staying at the truck stop, it was very quiet in the room. Breakfast was in the 55 Euro that we´ve paid for the night per room included. Not a bad price and the breakfast buffet (served in the diner of the service station) offered a wide variety of food.
