I found this hotel damp, dark and depressing. Didn’t seem very clean. Room definitely needed an update. Cold. Heater didn’t work too well. Too far from town center. You’re stuck here and they don’t take credit cards— not even in restaurant. Take plenty of cash....More

Dear guest: I have read your comment and certainly i am surprised with your comment as it is totally opposite to the opinion of all our customers during the last months, even passengers who occupied the same room in the last week have left their...More

The location is set at the top of a hill where you can see the town. It’s about a 10min walk from Plaza de Armas. The rooms are well appointed with a lovely bathroom and hot shower. And a lovely fireplace and lots of heated...More

This is a charming hotel outside town with many views looking out to one of the Chivay volcanoes. Beds are great. The rooms are positioned around a lovely garden. But the hotel is dated and tired and badly needs an upgrade. Wi-fi also was slow,...More

Lovely hotel in Chivay. Further away from the center than some others but still walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t get to enjoy the observatory next door as the sky was not clear. Too bad.

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting the Colca Canyon and enjoyed the visit. Entering our room I was struck by how quaint it was and. 'Hobbitish'. Stone walls, a sweet sitting area overlooking the valley and bridge below us, loads of character. My...More

I honestly don't know. Neither my wife nor I do much hair drying. I don't have any and hers is pretty short. I remember seeing them in a lot of rooms, but cannot say for certain if this hotel had one or not.
