I spent last end of the year at this lovely hotel. I was able to enjoy a very peaceful environment inside the canyon. I am always thinking of going back :) Service is great and the rooms are impeccable, so great to being able to rest and have a revival hot shower in El Refugio after walking and visiting the...

I loved the place, the setting is amazing, right inside the canyon, next to the river, much better than staying at Chivay, the nearby village. I went hopping on the stones along the canyon and it was really beautiful, with absolutely no one around and the whole canyon for myself. Afterwards I relaxed on the hot spring pool. Very helpful...

The concept of this hotel was good. A hotel in a canyon with hot springs. The rooms were basic, but floors were not clean. The door was not flush with the floor, so dirt came in. There was no safe in the room and the bathrooms were very small. Breakfast was also average. Could be wonderful with better food, cleaner rooms...

This hotel is in a remote location, but you can really appreciate the nature there. The staff underwent all efforts to make you feel OK. The reception and the dinning room are always pleasant and warm. The room was very big, with nice beds and good bathroom. They have a lot of blankets, a oil heater and they even give...

When we arrived for check in all guests were being evacuated due to a fire that was next to the property. Seemed like a good precuation. Since they did not have an idea as to when we could get in, we went to the thermal baths in Chivay. Later they called us and said that although the fire was out...

This peculiar hotel is built in a bungalow style. Rooms are spacious and fairly well furnished and bathrooms are correct for a lodge hotel. Termal waters are available free of charge. The restaurant is quite simple, hence one should not expect much of it: very few dishes and nothing worth mentioning. Do not expect the luxuries of a classic 4*...

We only stayed here one night as we were touring around. Arrived after lunch and so walked up the canyon along the river, hopping from boulder to boulder and watching the fish and birds. Then we went in the hot tub and had a relaxing time whilst sipping a beer. The hotel grounds are beautiful and have two more hot springs...

We stayed one night before viewing the condors and the canyon. The hotel is located in a wonderful location, just next to the river, in a canyon. The surroundings are beautiful but takes no more than an hour to see them all. Since there is nothing to do in the neighborhood and nothing in the hotel, be sure all the...

The hotel is located in a wonderful location, just next to the river. The staff was generally friendly and helpful and the room was very nice, with balcony facing the canyon. Everything was perfect until we realized that there was 150 soles missing in our purse. We had counted the money the day before leaving and didn't use the purse...
