Very comfortable and friendly. An excellent meeting place for friends, visitors and locals. Try the steak sandwiches, they're wonderful. And now you can even have chips! It's really the only decent pub in Burnham.
We go to Burnham regularly, but had never visited the White Harte for lunch before. We just had dover sole with seasonal vegetables and it was delightful. Raspberry pavlova (with a different name) was OK but would have been quite delicious with real cream instead...More
