Stayed here for a weekend away in Stonehaven. On arrival check in was simple enough and got our key from a key safe and let ourselves in. We had our own parking space around the back of building. We had the ground floor beach front room.

Room was spacious and clean. Same with bathroom. The water pressure and shower was amazing. Bed was comfy. Plenty to watch on tv with usual apps such as Netflix, bbc, Brit box etc. The host (David) was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was continental with cereals, toast, yogurt etc.

Location was very central. Right on sea front and in town centre.

Would definitely recommend and worth what we paid.

What a gem!
Not a beachside but we didn't pay for that.
Value for money was unbelievable!
For what we paid and the location, we are totally smitten.
Such an inviting and convivial host.
The welcoming fare was astonishing.
A fridge full of fresh fruit and other treats.
[Even 2x mini bottles of wine as great stay bon homme.]
Nadarra wine & food bar (less than a 5 min walk was an unexpected surprise.
Just nothing but a great inspirational upgrade to our vision of what this coast was from our memories.
2024 "Top Notch" stay over following nostalgia and family historic origins.
Not to be missed!
[BTW I have no connections to the owner of this B&B or the newly opened Nadarra restaurant. & no renumeration for posting this. MM

This was one of the comfiest beds we slept in on a trip around Scotland. It was a cosy place and only a short walk along to the harbour. The host was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and nicely equipped and looking straight out onto the bay was lovely

We stayed here as we had an anniversary party in Stonehaven. This place is superb.

The helpfulness of Janice with our check in request time was excellent.

When we arrived Robbie checked us in, offered to take luggage, showed us to the executive apartment and took time to explain the apartment. Very friendly.

The apartment itself is VERY spacious, superbly clean and decorated tastefully.

The apartment has a balcony overlooking the beachfront-and the views were breathtaking.

Breakfast was served to the apartment in the morning and this was of very high quality too - small touches like museli, fruit and yogurt pots were a welcomed extra before breakfast arrived.

This place is honestly one of the best apartments iv stayed in and in a superb location in the heart of Stonehaven, with the element of escapism through the sound of the waves and views from the balcony.

Will definitely recommend and hope to return again in the future!

Iv added photos one of our friends took of the sunrise from the balcony!

We stayed here for 1 night and wished we could have stayed for more. The views from our Loft apartment were stunning and the room itself would put many an upmarket Hotel to shame.
The Breakfast was excellent as was the Hospitality from Janice the owner and her staff. Can't think of any negative points and we'll definitely be staying there again.

We actually stayed in one of the apartments and I have to say it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. A very modern clean apartment, the owners could not do another to make our stay a good one including arranging comics for the children. Breakfast brought to the apartment each morning which was a great. If the sun had been shining we could of made use of the beach which is minutes away

We haven’t visited Stonehaven before and arrived by train. We arrived very early and had asked to leave our bags. We were offered tea and toast and they very kindly got our room ready early. We stayed in The Studio. What a lovely room. It has a full kitchen, seating and dining area. The bed is beautifully positioned so you can lie on the bed and see the sea. For September it was quite nice weather and it was great to hear the waves. Breakfast was delivered to our room the next morning, and was lovely. Both the hosts and their team couldn’t of been nicer. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Doesn’t get any better than ocean front room with great views and great breakfast. Room was just as pictured. The walking trail is right in front of the building, town is just behind the building. Check-in and check out were seamless.

We are just back from a spontaneous 1 night stay at the Bayview B n B and are thoroughly impressed with our flying visit. Having walked past the B n B many times (it is situated right on sea front) we were intrigued to see what was inside and we weren't disappointed. Janice & David are incredibly friendly and informative hosts however once checked in we did not see them again although we were given instructions on how to contact them. This was ideal for our 1 night couple stay. We booked into the green room and were delighted with the decor and our own private balcony. The room was quirky yet tasteful and the bath was big enough for 2 people. Breakfast the next morning was also a big hit - from smoked salmon and scrambled eggs to the traditional Scottish Breakfast. We were even granted a late check out of 12 noon without any fuss or surcharge. All in all I would say 'this is the place to stay in Stonehaven' and we will back - this time with the kids :)
