The rooms deep in the walls of the kasbah were clean, cool and charming. Each looks out onto a square garden courtyard with pomegranates and fruit trees. The hammocks, tables and chairs provide shady spots to relive the day's adventures. The tasty dinner was served by a small cosy fire by the host. Definitely great value for a b&b.

We stayed for one night with friends. It's a great set-up, as part of an old palace with a central courtyard and adjacent rooms, a traditional yet cosy feel to it. The rooms are charming with high ceilings and shuttered windows. You know when you instantly see them you'll enjoy sleeping there. It's got a great feel with excellent food...

We arrived in the late afternoon and picked this Kasbah from a Lonely Planet review. Over the phone, Omar helped us find his place. I was a little embarrassed to not know how to look for a kasbah! Only once will I make that mistake! The afternoon was windy with a good chill on it, but the courtyard had some...

We found this place through the Lonely Planet guidebook, and were a bit wary because the LP write-up didn't make it sound so great. But the just the sight of the bright blue entranceway made me smile, and all the other pleasures of the accommodation followed: quirky courtyard, nice room, good "shared" facilities (we were the only ones using those...

In November, in a mountain region like Taliouine we were expecting some king of heating in the rooms. We understood that the place was very simply and were prepared for some basic standard but even small, electric heaters would be the part of that basic standard. we only had a meal in the evening, which was very, very good, but...

This is a small hotel, part of an old ruined kasbah which the family is gradually restoring. The family live on the floor above the rooms for rent. These are comfortable and open out onto a pretty courtyard with resident tortoises. The food is exceptional and organised by Omar and his sister. Day tours and longer treks with donkeys can...

This small hotel situated in an old ruined Kasbah is a delight. It has a very pleasant courtyard, but its most outstanding feature is the hospitality of the family who have owned it for over 50 years and are very slowly attempting to restore most of the building. Unfortunately I was ill for part of my stay but was cared...

Beautiful & quiet location to find in the middle of the saffron festival in Talliouine. Loved the smell of saffron cooking as we arrived & dinner did not disappoint! Stunning courtyard with blue doors, pomegranate trees & free range turtles. It was perfectly warm & comfortable in November. ,

Escale Rando is a company with both Moroccan and French. We are located TALIOUINE (200 Km from Agadir), City of Safran and Argan. We offer 4 bedrooms all open onto a beautiful patio, flowers and sunny terrace with access or we can enjoy the view.
