POSITIVES!!!!!!The Bamboo restaurant was excellent with terrific service from Abele, Eparama, Simi Tuks, Aggie, Peniame and Milly'. Great to have dining options !!!! Rosa (housekeeper was also very helpful. Walking guide was also fabulous!!! NEGATIVES!!!! Could never get a pool lounge because people left their stuff there all day!! Coral cruise was sad because there is a lot of bleached Coral!! Resort overall was nice though bathrooms need updating. Very peaceful place with lots of activities if one wanted to participate.

Below average experience. Great staff - happy, welcoming and keen to please However this is where the positive experience ends - aged rooms and amenities, pool bar has a stench. We booked 2 rooms as a family of 5. Initially allocated 2 rooms at opposite ends of the resort. Paid for upgrade to beach view rooms however 1 room in middle of complex with a view only of bushes and any silence and tropical calm drowned out by the noise from the resort pool. Rooms with no drawers or cupboards to store your clothes so lived out of our suitcases. Paid for the all inclusive package ( meals and alcohol) - the food available at the buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is tasteless mass produced and bland. All inclusive package includes a Coral Cruise, bay cruise and afternoon tea cruise - all on the same small metal boat, cancelled most days "too windy", "current too strong". Non powered activities - padel boats, paddle bikes, kayaks closed frequently "too windy", "current too strong". However had a great dining experience at the Chinese restaurant and the adult only restaurant. Staff are very gifted singers. …

Figi people are welcoming and kind resort was nice buffet was average we used the grill restaurant mainly and the 2 onsite restaurant s for dinner which you must book unfortunately we had a cyclone warning Tuesday and Wed so everyone got breakfast delivery to our rooms not very appetizing cearel would have been better we want to thank staff rose our lovely room maid activities staff Marley cactivitie and music man Ben made evenings such fun. So many friendly staff marika Kathie latchie lva meli petty kuki petty stella silo, adi joseva aggie miriama to say the least. But a special unfavourable mention to food and beverage manager tan pants white polo shirt who strutted about phone in hand and hands behind his back barking orders to staff he interrupted my husband ordering a drink to tell off staff behind bar a very rude person leave figi people who know best about there country to run the resort and it would be much better an experience to visit Majella king …

we are regular guests of Naviti resort Fiji and we have been staying there for a long time,as always amazing service very friendly staff, very good value for money when you book the all Inclusive deal , you have choices of 3 restaurants to dine in , Naviti is a large size resort with big size swimming pool, we will always stay at Naviti when we travel to Fiji , we also refer our families and friends to stay here , Thank you to Naviti resort management and staff for making our stays pleasant and enjoyable, Vinaka

All the resort staff were very accomodating. They made sure we were comfortable and helped entertain our young kids. Special mention to Adi for her exceptional hospitality during meal times. The facilities, activities and food were all delightful. We’ll be coming back.

The staff are absolutely amazing and very accommodating. A very special Thank you to Mirry and Kuki. They are very welcoming and work very hard to make sure guests have needs and requests are met. We are always welcome home by all the naviti staff family we are already booking our next trip the food options never disappoint buffet bar and grill Chinese pizza and ela carte have all got incredible food all the girls and guys in reception were wonderful and always ready to help saki was amazing we love him like a brother the cleaners of the hotel are professional and so caring and make you feel at home love and miss you all sota tellie until we meet again with love
