The Naviti Resort earns praise for its immaculate rooms and grounds, with daily upkeep often highlighted by guests. While the staff's friendliness is frequently commended, some visitors mention service can lag. Its idyllic setting, complete with a coral reef and tropical gardens, is a hit, especially for families. The all-inclusive option is deemed economical by many, although opinions on value diverge when factoring in food quality and extra charges. Spacious but somewhat dated rooms are the norm here, and while the amenities cater well to families, a few reviewers point out they need refreshing. The energetic atmosphere is defined by lively entertainment; however, the poolside music's volume doesn't always strike the right chord.

Family friendly resort on the Coral Coast great activities for the kids and adults alike and the service fantastic you cannot fault how friendly the Fijian people are. The pool is excellent a great place for the family to gather around and spend the day. Swim up bar is fantastic great service you can also order sandwiches light snacks and plenty of drinks.

Plenty of activities to do every day snorkelling glass bottom boat rides paddle boards and kayaks. You can also take a day trip into Sigatoka to experience a little bit of the local shopping.

The resort is well kept well positioned on the coast can walk out to the islands snorkel at your leisure and see a lot of reef fish. Rooms are large all have balconies clean amenities, Very comfortable well appointed a little bit outdated but they continually improving. I would recommend getting the all inclusive package as it could become quite expensive when you add drinks and food. Buffet lunch, dinners included or if you want something a little bit different they have two restaurants to cater for different taste.

Overall this is a very good resort to relax and unwind and share some good times with family and friends

We stayed at Naviti Resort for a week with our 3 young boys and my mum and dad. The Fijian people there are so lovely and friendly. They always go out of their way to help us and have a smile on their face. The kids loved playing on the beach and looking for shells, playing in the pool which has a bar you can swim up to for the parents and kids. We loved the kids package of kids eat free and we got free breakfast every morning. Always delicious. We had a dinner at the Talai restaurant which was amazing, the food was lovely and the 2 singers had beautiful voices. We spoke to them both and they were so friendly. We could have listened to them for hours. We had to pay for lunch and dinner but found the buffet a bit expensive at $50 a person and drinks were expensive too. This made it a bit expensive trip for all the adults to pay for meals and drinks. Maybe the all inclusive package for food would be better. The grilled menu was more resonable.
We want to say a huge thank you to;
Charlie and Moses at the buffet restaurant were awesome! They were always looking out for our family and we learnt a lot about life in Fiji from them. Fiji time, no hurries, no worries!
Cookie and Joape and a couple of others all looked after us so well in the buffet restaurant. All of them had fun with our kids.
Josh and Marlie ran the activities and it was always lovely to have a chat and some fun with them.
Knox it was fun having a hit to the island in the rain and he was good to have a chat with.

Came to this resort with my partner, her first time in Fiji, my second.
Driving in the gate the views and welcome from the staff was great!
Our room was tidy with a welcome message on the bed. Most of the staff were amazing and helpful.
Grounds are kept well and clean.

The food and drinks are probably expensive if you don’t get the all inclusive, but not far off Australian prices when you include the exchange rate. Buffets weren’t terrible but choices limited, you are not required to eat the buffet, you can also order a la carte if you wish (also included in all inclusive).

Fine dining restaurant was my favourite by far, great escape from the children staying at the resort.
On valentines, the staff noticeably went out the their way to make the ladies feel special, offering them a flower to put in their hair and pay special attention to make sure their night/dinner was amazing. Throughout our dining experience Poni was so polite, well spoken and made our experience amazing. All of the staff in the fine dining restaurant were great. The live music was also amazing.

Only thing that could have improved the pool area with the amount of children, maybe requiring them to have supervision from their parents when in the pool area as they tend to run amok, as kids do.

They deliver an itinerary the night before listing all the activities for the next day. Which there is always something to do if you are active or willing to partake in activities with people you may not know.

I found the place to be extremely relaxing and pleasant, sure there are areas that could be improved but that’s the same as anywhere.

Many reviewers complain about the travel time from the airport taking a long time, but anyone who was intelligent enough to do some prior research about the country or distance would have had this already in mind.

I have read many reviews about this place bagging it as if it were a 5 star resort in Australia. This is a small island whose people may not be accustomed to the way you expect to be treated. If you want a cheap holiday go to Bali, not all countries are the same.

Be aware, the people run on Fiji time, which means not everything will happen at the snap of your fingers and not everything runs on time. So I’d suggest only booking one activity for the day as they can run over time and allow time for car rides.

Given the opportunity I would absolutely stay here again.

My wife an i have just returned from the Naviti after a two week holiday, it was nice to be greeted with the Fijian shoulder, that means you are part of the family, the first week was very quiet, but picked up the second week.

We had a wonderful time caught up with our friends Pam & Ivan Chris & Sonia, it is nice to see some renovations the pool bar are was almost finished being re tiled with non slip tiles, the pool bar roof has been re tiled, and behind the 400 block a brand new large kids club is under construction, the Villa roofs to be re tiled shortly.

The staff we cannot say enough about them I am sure they were born with a smile on their face, i will not mention names because i surely would leave someone out, the young ones call my wife and i Grandpa & Grandma others Call us Mum & Dad * Betty & John.

Buffet food was of a high Quality plenty of choices we like the slices of Pizza that saved ordering a full one, you also had the salad bar and desert bar, the grill bar was very good the chicken wrap two wraps and they are full is something to die for we got one between us, as you get to our age you cannot eat as much, i wish i could say that about the red wine, you glass is never empty.

The Talei and the Bamboo are a must to try they have a set all inclusive menu.
Also may i add if you or any member of your family have any food allergies speak to any of the chefs and you will be very well looked after.
If it is your first visit as your driver to stop at Maui Bay Supermarket just before you get to the resort to get some soft drinks and snacks as the shop at the resort is expensive.

The resort has a new GM Isaac Boyle who is very approachable we found everybody working so well together just like a well oiled machine.

My wife and i are going back to the Naviti August the seventh i got caught amidst a Red Wine Afternoon
Vinaka John & Betty

My partner and I came here for a relaxing holiday, and to enjoy his birthday, and we did exactly that!
I’ve never felt more rested.

Very relaxing, lots of nice seats and hammocks along the beach front to just chill out!
So relaxing, that I wish I could take the Fiji time mentality home with me!

The restaurants were great, my favourite was the Talei. It was phenomenal! Service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was so beautiful with live music the whole time. Poni was such a great waiter! He made us feel so welcome and every time we went there (we went a few times because it was so nice!) he would continue to deliver great, and genuine customer service !

I cannot stress how much I loved this place.
There was a lot of kids, but I can understand that families like to go on holidays too :)
It was great that they had an adults only restaurant to escape the hustle and bustle of kids playing.

Great free activities were included in the resort like snorkelling and extra daily activities!

The staff by the pool were nice, one especially would always make sure our drinks were full!

The all inclusive deal saved us a lot of money, so I would absolutely recommend! By the time you have lunch, dinner, and want to indulge freely with dessert and drinks by the pool, you easily get your money’s worth!

All in all, I will absolutely be back one day for another holiday. The Naviti is a place for relaxation, and they make you feel like a second family.

At first we were hesitant to travel, but when we saw a great deal to the Naviti Resort we decided to take the plunge and it was the best move we made. When you drive down the long driveway to the resort entrance you are welcome by the 2 restaurants, Bamboo Restaurant, was the best, Eparama, Rucky, Jo Jo, Aggie, Sherry, Milly and Taru could not do enough to help us, the service was exceptional and the food delicious. We were welcomed at Reception with a drum solo and big "BULA". Facilties were impressive and the rooms were very clean and serviced daily, the buffet restaurant offered a diverse range of amazing food which changed daily. The best part about the Naviti were the staff - Petty, Stella and Vanika in the pool bar kept the cocktails flowing, the Activities team ensured we were always entertained, they went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable time and they catered to all ages. Cannot recommend it enough we will be back very soon!!

We spent 8 nights on the all inclusive package (family of 4; 2 boys aged 6 and 3).

Firstly, yes the package is exactly what they say it is and well worth it. All wine, Champagne (yes, real Champagne which wasn't half bad...), soft drinks and local beer and spirits, as well as all meals in the buffet restaurant and some others are included. We had to keep asking as we thought we'd get stung with a big bill at the end because of some small print we'd missed... And the staff aren't stingy as long as you don't take the p*ss (as we saw some large groups do; hoarding drinks, etc).

Overall the resort is a little tired, but has a great vibe and is very relaxing. The kids club is great and nanny service for under-4s reasonable. The massive pool is awesome and the kids spent most of every day in here. The wet bar makes it a bit more fun for the grown ups too!

The rooms in the hotel section are comfortable enough but not swish by any means. We splashed out and upgraded to a beach side Bure for the last 5 nights of our stay for a very reasonable price and this made the holiday. If at all possible would highly recommend it.

There is a well stocked convenience shop on site and also an ATM in the reception. Wifi is sketchy in the outer reaches but signal is strong enough in reception for facetime, etc.

The crowd attracted by the all inclusive package is as you'd expect. It does sometimes feel like you've walked into tropical night at the local leagues club.

Lastly, the staff are amazing and personify the famous Fiji culture. So friendly and helpful.

We stayed here after being referred to it by a friend. We booked a 6 night stay with the all inclusive package. Our first time in Fiji so we were all very excited! The transfer from the airport to the resort was 2.5hours! With 3 very tired and hungry kids this was not ideal, we finally arrived at 7:30pm. We arrived at the resort only to be told that the main restaurant was open for New Year’s Eve dinner at an additional charge and not pet of all inclusive!!!(very very expensive). We decided to forgo that and just head to the Grill. After a small wait we were seated, then waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order, a further 1 hour for our food to come out and 40 minutes for a soft drink.
The rest of the time we ate in the main buffet restaurant - the food is far below average, I lived on mostly bread rolls as there was a poor selection and the food was often cold in the buffets. Getting drinks really felt like a mammoth effort. My husband and I both got gastro in the last few days - after reading other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. There needs to be a HUGE improvement in food hygiene standards. Intensive training!
The friendliness of staff was very hit or miss.
Our room was cleaned once in the 6 nights. The rooms are clean but dated. Our shower pressure was terrible. Beds are very soft but we managed ok.
We were at the very far end of the resort which was lovely and quiet, but is away from everything. I would recommend getting a room near the pool!
Impossible to get a lounger at the pool, despite a notice in the daily newsletter to not reserve lounges when not in use, this was not policed and we watched people reserve them go have lunch. They ran out of pool towels on multiple occasions!
Would be great to have some staff walking around the pool taking drink orders.
The complimentary reef tour was lovely and the staff at the activities desk are by far the best in the whole place.
Kids club is from 5yrs old. There are fees applicable for younger kids, other resorts take them from as young as 3.
The location is gorgeous! There is SOOO much potential in this place, it just needs huge investment and someone to get it right!
We wouldn’t stay here again, distance combined with poor food and service has left us wishing we stayed home.
The all inclusive was a complete waste of money for us, drink service took so long, you never get your monies worth and the last 3 days we barely ate due to being sick.

The resort and staff are great. The buffet is a joke. For breakfast the choices are beans, inedible bacon and ok eggs. There is very limited selection. Lunch is equally limited. Dinner each night is themed, however, very substandard food. Seafood night consisted of prawns and overcooked fish. The classy restaurants were ok but the offerings average. Steak was beautiful and tender.
The pool is too hot with the only shade being the pool bar.
The cruises included in the all inclusive were a coral viewing and a sunset cruise. Coral viewing left at noon and sunset was the same boat at 12:30. The included nibbles were corn chips, cheese and olives with a glass of bubbling wine, which you could not eat as the seas were to choppy. The all inclusive was limited as to selection e.g if you ordered a slushy it cost $10 (not included in package). My wife was excited to try all the tropical fruits and fresh seafood and never got either, not even coconuts.

We had a ball at the Naviti. We had a 12 night All inclusive stay purchased through Luxury escape. This included a transfer from the airport, 2 massages, a coral viewing cruise and bay cruise.

We stayed in the ocean view room which I would highly recommend.

The staff go above and beyond to look after you and make your experience enjoyable. The house keeping staff looked after us especially with our 2 year old when we needed the room cleaned before his sleep. The kids club staff were so good with our 6 year old, showers her genuine care and love and had a creative program. We utilised the Nanny service and booked the same nanny which ensured our son was comfortable and enjoyed being part of the kids club activities.

The activities staff were amazing!! Always keeping us busy, making us laugh and giving us so many opportunities to engage in sport, pool activities, the night life and learn the ‘sun dance’. Full credit to these boys!!

The restaurant staff… sensational. They were so busy yet always efficient and helpful.

The bar staff…. They kept us happy and hydrated the entire time. They knew our names and orders and had wonderful service.

The food was great, we loved the two restaurants Bamboo and Telei. Make sure you book these as they get booked out quickly. Try the salt and pepper crab, you will not be disappointed.
The grill was great, we utilised this at lunch times when we wanted a break from the restaurant.
The buffet was good and had a range of food choices on different days. We did find it hit and miss sometimes and struggled some days with the lack of fruit. This is a personal choice though as I love fruit, however I felt this was my only criticism, however not a biggy.

The resort has a spa which is great, we enjoyed our facials and massages.

On the beach to the right of the resort is the local village and a number of huts are available for you to get hair braiding, massages, nails and do some shopping. We visited a few times and supported all the huts and locals.

The resort has a small shop but beware these essentials are expensive. So if you can on the way to the resort, get your driver to stop as a super marker such as at Sigatokka, and get water, chips etc.

Chocolate is super expensive, so bring some from home and give these to the staff and locals. Also if you have clothes to donate, bring these as well. We have our sons small clothes to the ladies in the huts and they were so appreciative.

I would recommend this resort and I would recommend the All inclusive. We had fun and will visit again!!

The main restaurant is buffet style and it has theme nights, the food was wonderful at this restaurant. The other restaurants at the resort do have menus. I guess it depends what package you go on but the package we had included a "package menu" at the adults only restaurant which was a few items off the regular menu and they were lovely meals. I believe the chinese restaurant has a full menu for the packages but we ate most nights in the adults restaurant or the buffet restaurant so can't give you accurate info about the chinese restaurant. I had trouble getting a reply from the resort via email also, so did my travel agent but the facebook page as mentioned above by Julie sounds like a good idea.
