The local buses stop right outside and the drivers know it, you can ask your hotel in Denarau how to catch one, they are super cheap and frequent. Or you can take a taxi which are pretty expensive, its about 1.5-2 hr drive.

Sorry I am not a surfer! But the activity board seem to indicate you could surf everyday.

I would think so. You can basically walk to the beach from the road, walking through the Beachhouse ...there are no barriers to stop you. and lunch at the beachhouse was great too!
