Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed in the wing with in room private onsen. Onsen was amazing, hotel room was very clean, spacious. Bed was comfortable. As the hotel is in country club, it was very quiet with no hustle and bustle of the city.

Part of a large complex with golf course and other facilities, its a 8~10 min walk (1~2 min drive) from the Guesthouse where you check in and where the restaurant is. The room itself is spacious with a tatami living room connected with the terrace, onsen bath at one side of the terrace (there is a divider which can be drawn to divide the terrace and the bath). The onsen bath is connected to the shower through a glass door, which in turn is connected to the "wash room" with basin and towels etc. The toilet is separated and located next to the entrance "genkan". Bedroom has two large beds. The "room" can easily put 4+ people as bedding is provided where you can put in the tatami living room. There are 2 other onsen bath areas (did not go to try as i had my own private one) Nicely furnished and everything is quite new. Seems they have other sport facilities and BBQ area.

Reasonably priced considering that the room comes with a hot spring. However, the chlorine in the hot spring was too strong, like a pool, and I was disappointed that my body smelled of chlorine after taking a bath. I was looking forward to seeing Mt. Fuji from the bathtub after reading the reviews, but there was a pillar right in front of the bathtub, which seems to have been badly positioned. The room has been renovated, so it has a modern Japanese feel, which is common these days. The problem is that the Wi-Fi is limited to three devices per room, and if you try to use more than that, it won't connect.

The room is too dark with indirect lighting, and even with all the lights on it is still very dark. It may be fine for couples, but it's a bit dark for a family. There is no sofa, so you can't relax on a cushion.
