This was a brilliant stop off as we were driving down from Mae Hong Son to Doi Inthanon. You definitely need your own transport. We stayed in a bungalow with a river view which was lovely, it is very rustic and you definitely feel like you are in nature. Everything was clean and the shower was fine. Wifi works in...

We went there just for a takeaway coffee in the morning, but the atmosphere was just so nice so we decided to hang around longer. We had breakfast with multiple cups of drinks. Wifi was available for tourists without mobile internet. Coffee is nice and is really cheap.

Stayed in an ensuite double bungalow overlooking the river. It was clean and the bathroom was spacious. It had a bit of cobwebby mesh in the ceiling but I was pleased to see theyd made an effort to seal it from the bugs. You have had fair warning- it is in the forest and there are big creepy crawlies! Nevertheless,...

We stayed here for one night on our Mai Hong Son tour and whilst it may not be a five star international resort we found it to be a clean and comfortable place in a peaceful rural setting along side a picture post card flowing river, the staff were as helpful as could be with their limited english, breakfast consisted...

We'd organised a private 3 night tour with a very knowledgeable guide and chose to stop here for lunch I seem to have become a bit of a 'specialist' on iced coffee during my weeks in Thailand and despite the name of the establishment, 'Hot Coffee', they served up a really good iced coffee. Being lunch time, we thought it...

First stop on our Mae Hong Son travels. At 600B we initially thought it was out of our budget, but decided to stay anyway as we looked their ethos - the fact proceeds go towards the orphanage on-site. Our room was an ensuite bungalow with balcony, stream view, tea tray, fridge, 2x bottles of water, hot showers, towels, fan .......

Thank you so much for the nice review. Yes indeed all the income generated at the restaurant is going towards the children's home which is right blow the property. Nonetheless we try to have good prices and offer good quality food and rooms. Great that you enjoyed our spot and we hope to welcome you again in the future.

This is a non profit establishment and the profit is channel back to assist the orphanage housed inside the premises . Accommodation, meals, school ,transport is fully supported by this establishment. This location is quite isolated and situated away from the main public transport route. You need to get your own transport to get here either by bike or car. The chalet...

Hello, thank you for your message. I'm not suire if you have been to Mae Chaem before. Presently it should be harvested already and getting dry due to almost no rain during the rainy season. Especially in the Mae Chaem area you probably you will see more corn growing than rice and the "burning" season will start soon. So as...

We are a father and daughter travelling by motorbike in Thailand. We very much enjoyed our stay in Hot Coffee. The bungalows were basic but clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful facing the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Despite previous reviews, we found the food menu varied enough and the Thai food delicious....
