This is our third time staying overnight in Nakhon Sawan - we had almost given up on the place because the previous hotels were just awful - and then I chose this place - and have completely changed my mind - what a pleasure - the hotel is modern and clean - the rooms are modern and spacious - with...

The hotel itself was light and bright and welcoming, the reception staff not so much so, I was traveling with my Thai partner when I went to check in I was completely ignored when I spoke until it came time to pay of course, that said the room was big and bright with a great bathroom with separate shower and...

Have stayed here twice now and really enjoyed it both times. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They are also very clean. Food is good in the restaurant and breakfast has many options. Will stay here again if in Nakhon Sawan.

Very nice hotel when driving from or to Chiang Mai. Great big rooms nice and clean, great service, food was good. The only thing we were dissapointed was the nice pool bar area has been turned into a karaoke/gentlemans club etc. For an overnight or couple of days stay is fine as the rooms were very comfortable and the lakes...

Quality superior suite for the money. Noisy road and air conditioning. Had a great sleep though. Very clean with an enormous bathroom. Breakfast was extensive given mostly Thai food. Pham Thai for dinner was excellent. Service friendly as usual. Interesting tut tutt ride to train station with luggage.

Good hotel in a great location. Rooms nice. I'd happily stay again. Would have given it 5 stars except the receptionist attitude. Couldn't be bothered to look up, very dismissive, unhelpful. What a shame.

The hotel clean, friendly, and well managed, but in my opinion it is seriously blighted by noise from two adjacent businesses. So much noise, even for Thailand, that it was almost impossible to sleep properly. There is a music bar at the right-rear of the hotel that plays live music until midnight; and when I say 'play', this is through...

The location is excellent. There is a Karaoke bar on the ground floor. The Bon Bon music restaurant, a little pricey but worth a visit, is 2 minutes walk. Shopping and more restaurants in an extensive shopping mall almost next door ! Just a minute or two off the main highway and good parking. The rooms are really very good...

“Room 519 was very loud next to the elevator - I would ask for a room high up away from the night club and away from elevators if you are sensitive to noise.”

“Take the family suite if you are there with about 4 people, even with extra bed the room is still very spacious. The big suite that has two rooms on different floors connecting is also quite impressive but it's so big that if unless you have several people, don't take that one.”
