We have many rooms that are just a handful of steps (five or so) from ground level. We let church groups do their own room allocations, so it would be best to speak to the person at your church who is coordinating the stay and they'll be able to give you a suitable room.
We cater for food allergies as far as possible. This is best communicated via the coordinator at your church.
We look forward to having you stay with us!
