It is my second visit to this beautiful Property and i am always amazed and impressed with the personalised Service of the owner , Ibu Ririn and her amazing team . The Covid protocol was strictly in place that make us feel super safe upon arrival and during our entire stay. The room is huge with a super comfy bed and a Private pool overlooking directly the Borobudur temple. Amazing views especially during Sunrise . We have ordered lunch at a very reasonable price . The food was delicious and the portions were enormous. The mini bar is complimentary with a wide selection of snacks and drinks. We had an amazing night sleeping in the super comfy bed and watching the huge smart Television. In the morning we went for complimentary bike ride at the nearby Village and then had our superb floating breakfast by our Private pool. The friendly staff Ernie and her colleague , arranged a VW car tour of the nearby Village . I really can frankly say that this Property is a great value compared to other high end Resorts nearby at very high prices. I will rate the cleanliness , Services, facilities, staff 10 out of 10 . I rarely give such a high rate . We will be definetely back and recommend it to everyone . Thank you Ibu Ririn for such an unforgetable stay.

Beautiful room & spacious, nice view up on the hill, good service, love the interior and furniture, breeze thru the lobby, you can also hang out on the roof top watching the sunset while having a cup of tea accompany by the beautiful Borobudur silhouette. The only thing lacking is the hot water that doesn’t flow smoothly.

Dear Guest Yukie, thank you for your review on tripadvisor and for your comments, very sorry for late reply as well. Indeed is cozy and familiar hotel where the Team can take care any type of guests with Javanese positive and cultural behaviour. Concerning the Hot Water issue indeed we had faced a problem as the contractor did not calculate the volume of usage but the good news is the this matter has been already fixed since one month and now the water flow is strong enough, in fact we have added one water tower which can improve the water flow generally. Thank you very much for this comment which help us to find out the problem. Again thank you for your feedback and we look forward to welcoming you back to Borobudurhills.

I booked a simple room for 2 nights and i was deeply disappointed after staying for 2 nights in Rumah Dharma in Borobudur. So i decided to make an upgrade for a Panorama Villa with private pool. And yes ... it was worth to do that step. Finally it was a nice stay there. Staff was very nice and very friendly ... like all people i met on Java Island and they tried to do their best to help for all questions. We had one dinner their and i missed to enjoy a glass of wine ... or at least a beer with dinner. The view from the Villa is very nice with an overview of the ricefields to the Borobudur Temple. To me, the Villa with pool was a little bit overprized. But finally much better than the other rooms. You need at least a motorbike, as the hotel is a little outside of Borobudur. But to discovery the surrounding it is anyway the best to have a car or motorbike. We also booked a car to bring us to the airport at this hotel. And everything worked very well.

Dear Sir, first of all thank you for taking the time to review us and appreciate your comments, we are sorry if we were not able to serve wine during your dinner since in Indonesia there are strict procedures to get the alcohol license but probably few years later we should get it. Therefore for the food and beverage we still offer the minimum service as we plan within two years to have a mediterranean restaurant as alternative to the local cuisine. Things may improve in the future but still keep it as a "Homy Place". Otherwise we do offer free bicycles to go around the village. One more time thank you and looking forward to welcoming you again, I remain Regards on behalf of all the Team, Ririn

We booked Panorama Villa with private pool and direct view to Borobudur Temple for one night only. We really love the place, despite the access to the hotel quite difficult if you using public transport. The room is spacious with King Size bed and there is couch next to the Bed. It's very quite and you could easily fall asleep. Breakfast was not bad, this is ala-carte served breakfast that you need to order a day before. I spent the night with my family, but I would recommend this place for couples.

My parents came to visit from Spain. I decided to show them one of the most beautiful places I know in Indonesia and I took them to this marvelous hotel. Cozy, kind and attentive service, amazing views and quiet. Perfect for couples or families, or even solo traveler who want to have a moment of peace or break from city life! The best part of the provided services might be that you can bicycle around to all the places to see near the temple thanks to the bicycles provided as part of the facilities. I will come again for sure. Thank you Ibu Ririn for this marvelous stay and 5 Star service. My parents and I will never forget! It is a beautiful effort to teach english and new skills to the heartwarming locals. I will certainly come again and highly recommend! PS. The rooms with private pool are simply unbelievable!
