We initially booked a jeep with an integrated tent to travel around Sumba and stay in remote locations. Zoltan and Karla couldn’t have been more helpful and ready to provide amenities and information that would make our adventure memorable. Later on we decided to have our base in Waingapu and what better place to stay than Villa Amidala, by far the best accommodation option in the area. We stayed at the villa that was tastefully decorated and with facilities to match a 5* resort. The owners went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations and assisting with any requirement we might have. One added bonus was the amazing Ibu Sara who prepared for us delicious home made meals and even baked for us banana muffins for breakfast! Thank you Zoltan, Klara and Ibu Sara for a truly memorable experience!

Due to Klara, the owner of the villa, we had an amazing time in Sumba. She was lovely and welcomed us warm on the airport. She put a lot of effort to make our holiday special. She showed us around and organized a scooter and a driver for us. The villa Amidala is very luxurious, clean and comfortable with nice interior and a jacuzzi on the rooftop. We highly recommend this place! Julian&Valentina

My partner and i had nice stay and service from Villa Amidala Waingapu. The owner Klara was very kind and she picked us up with a funky jeep at Waingapu airport. The villa location is not far from the town and airport. The villa has 3 bedrooms and it's very clean. Our room downstairs was in good size. Breakfast was ok. The villa assistant was very kind and helpful too. Thanks, Sarah! Can't wait to see their next new project in East Sumba. :)
