This hotel may not be traditional Tanzanian, but the main building is certainly a very interesting construction in wood and stone with a huge thatches roof. The twin bungalows are nice enough with good beds and bathrooms. The whole thing is set in a garden, which was obviously laid out with great care and which will become even lovelier as...

We had a wonderful two night stay at this resort while visiting Lake Manyara and Ngorongora Crater in October, 2010. On arrival the staff were friendly, welcoming and anxious to address any needs we might request. This is a most peculiar hotel. And it is a hotel, not a lodge or a B&B. Common area, which included reception area, restaurant, bar and lounge is a huge, cavernous space.
